All had great fun splitting up to do different things then meeting up for supper in the market place where everyone ate what the wanted. It was fun, relaxing and enjoyable. Annoying wifi was extra and had to be added on.

Room Tip: You need wifi which is extra in some accommodation. I think it should be part of the package with t...

Great for a family skiing/snowboarding holiday without any hassle. Especially good for novices and the little ones. Bikes a must to get around - hire there on arrival or take your own. Car free village means kids can free range.

Room Tip: Small rooms.

Good value compared to the UK, easy trip to get there. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Kids absolutely loved the Aqua Mundo, had the best time and cant wait to go back. the Montana snow centre is a great extra on site and good value snowboarding lesson packages.

We have just returned from our second trip to Centre Parcs De Kempervennen and would highly recommend it. The European Centre Parcs are much better value than the UK ones. From Calais it is an easy 3 hour motorway drive to Holland. We stayed in a 4 bedroom Eden Premium Cottage which was lovely and spacious for our group of two families. The pool complex is fantastic and we spent hours on the rapids!! We will be back very soon. Love it, love it, love it!

We've just come back from de kempervennen. It's smaller than a British park, but on the same plot, and it was superb. Clean, well maintained and not overly busy (despite being February half term) The ski slope was also a big plus. It was also much cheaper than the uk.Language was no issue. All the restaurants were inside one big dome rather than outside, which helps in February. The food in the restaurants and the shop are pricey, however, so go shopping in Valkensvaard. The farm was also excellent. Only drawbacks - it's quite a way away , especially if you hit Antwerp at the wrong time, the swimming done is smaller, and the birds tend to try and eat your bread rolls!

Also, a word for the lactose intolerant; the dutch love milk and seem to put it in everything. Their allergen labelling us also fairly rudimentary so beware.

We loved it there and look forward to going again & again.

Room Tip: Ask for a VIP room. Pay the extra. Beware - the wifi is hopeless though

Booked an Eden premier lodge for half term and had a great time. The lodge itself was great. Very clean and extremely well equipped with everything you could need for a great time with family or friends.
The swimming pool dome is massive and was never too busy to use, wave machine and slides were a great hit with the kids. The ski centre was a great main event of each day. We pre booked just 3 x 1 hour lessons and even though I did`nt take to skiing the family did and you can`t help but be impressed with the set up and size of the whole ski centre.
I would imagine that when the weather warms up, nature starts to bloom and all the water based activities start it really is the place to be. We will go back as it`s only a 3 hour drive from Calais.

Everything was within reach for a great week.” The park also has a number of unusual types of accommodation, such as the spacious Eden cottages and luxury houseboats. The countryside as a playground De Kempervennen has two large lakes where you can go diving in search of the giant catfish Big Mama. Or you can go water skiing and wake boarding on the water which you can also whoosh over on the Zip Wire. You can be in the beautiful Malpi nature reserve in minutes by mountain bike, but to be honest, you don’t even need to leave the park for a really great time. Jump into your skis or snowboard the whole year round in the 5500 m2 of real snow in Montana Snowcenter, try paintballing with your friends or gain your PADI diving certificate during one of the multiple-day courses. “Really great for the children” The innovative holiday park offers a huge number of great activities for children of all ages, both indoor and outdoor. Orry and his friends put on various shows while children can play at being a chef, princess, knight or painter.
