I knew the Concepte because I enjoy stopping by early in the day for a quick coffee before shopping at the local butcher, bakery and the fruit & vegi store. It is a typical french Café, where the locals read their newspapers and chat about sports (mainly rugby :D), politics and the economy. Yesterday, I went in for the first time around noon and realized that all the table were busy with people ordering food. It sparked my interest and after I spotted an empty table we sat down. I had the duck tournedos with foie gras and it was delicious. The work colleague I was with, ordered the lamb rack and loved it. The quality/tenderness of the meat used for both meals were very close to excellent and the service temperature was nothing short of perfect! To round up the experience, it came with a side of home made french fries!!! Kudos to the Concepte team for preparing for us a meal that won't be the last one!
