We randomly found this place and loved it so much we wanted to book our stay in aliki for longer but the Aphrodite was all full and we were so sad we had to leave. This place is a 5 minute walk to 3 beautiful beaches and all restaurants in aliki. We came to paros from mykonos and needed some time to regroup and relax. We got that at Aphrodite. The pool was one of our favorite arts, it was so nice to cool off after a long day on the beach. The room was the biggest I've seen yet during our month travel through Greece with a gorgeous balcony witha Greek feel. The staff was so kind and made us feel right at home. We plan on coming back here again for sure!

Room Tip: Make sure you book for at least 3 nights. You won't want to leave.. And rooms fill up quickly!

We stayed four nights at the Hotel Afrodite in Aliki and it was very convenient to the bus stop, market, restaurants, and Aliki Beach. The rooms were clean and modern, the pool and patio were excellent, and the owner and his family and staff were very welcoming.

What we didn't like was the constant door-slamming, which for two nights went on until 3am. If you are a light/troubled sleeper, this is NOT the hotel for you. Another source of noise was the lobby and patio. Although the pool closed at 9:30pm, the patio was open to midnight and the music was just loud enough to be heard in the rooms. There is also a public parking lot behind the hotel that can be quite loud as people come and go.

Room Tip: Ask for a room over the street, rather than over the patio.

We stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of our trip around the islands. It was so good that we went back for another few nights at the end of our stay in Greece. The location is perfect and close to so many great restaurants and beaches. The staff at the hotel were wonderful and incredibly helpful. The rooms were spotless!! The outdoor area near the pool is STUNNING and a great place to relax. Already planning to get back here next year!

I had a great stay at Hotel Afrodite. The staff are so friendly and warm and they made my stay really comfortable. I had a beautiful room with a balcony that looks over lovely bougainvillea. The hotel is a quiet and relaxing place to stay, yet just steps away from a sandy beach, grocery store, and all cafés and tavernas. Staying there definitely made it one of my most memorable holidays in Greece. Thanks Arsenis for all your hospitality and I look forward to returning soon!

I just spent 2 weeks with my 7-year-old daughter at Hotel Afrodite.

In one word: EXCELLENT!

Hotel Afrodite (and Aliki itself) is a GREAT TIP. ***

Actually, planning to come back with a friend for a week in early September...
(My friend will scuba-dive.)

Arsenys (the owner & manager) & co really CARE. And it shows...

What's not to like...?

* very clean
* small, "family business atmosphere" - but still very professional
* cute rooms
* nice beds/mattresses
* nice & cozy outdoor area (around the pool); perfect to hang out there on a windy day
* pool & gym
* 2 min walking to the beach (nice & also reasonably priced fish restaurants!)
* totally friendly & helpful staff

And very reasonably priced on top of all of that.

Aliki overall also great!
Not overly touristy...
(If you want more "action" you can take the bus (or rent a quad for 20 Euro/day) and go to NAUSSA - which is also cute, but a LOT busier and touristy.
But it's actually so cute with all its little shops, etc. that one can overlook/forgive the touristy part... Still, personally, I much prefer ALIKI and HOTEL AFRODITE as a "home base" for my vacation.)

As said, great, reasonably priced food at the fish restaurants by the water. (Great scenery... your table could literally be right by the water...)

Amazing & NOT CROWDED beach 5 min walking from "Aliki port" (which itself has a nice beach, actually.)
(No beach bar... which is GOOD... no stoopid electronic music forced on you...
Great water; sand in the water, not rocks; and stays shallow for a long time = great for smaller kids!)

Room Tip: We had a very nice room on the ground floor. No sea view, but hence lesser price. And still very hap...

If you go to Paros, Aliki is the place to be, and Afrodite is where to stay. We never had this much value for money anywhere. The service was brilliant, the room was great and the location prima, just a few hundred meters from the beatiful centre of Aliki.
