Just come back from oceanus aparthotel and got to say had a fab time. Apartment well kept & clean & staff friendly. The outside pool area is across the way with a snack bar, which for food is very good & not badly priced. Only downfall is 1 of the staff a man who wears blue t shirt & black pants everyday thinking he his chief commander. Needs to have a lesson in customer service, never smiles, quite arrogant. The girl that works there is nice & friendly, feel for her working with him ! He had a go at my wife for not putting back cushion we had paid for, grabbing her hand, telling her to return it ! Wouldn't mind but thats his job ! All in all though, good place to stop & lovely fishing village for beach & restaurants ! Would stay again, but not go round pool area, if Chief Commander is still there !!!!

We've just recently come back from here check I was smooth offially shouldn't of checked in til 4 but the room was ready we had a side sea view with a balcony overlooking the restaurant across the rd. The apartment ok the floor wasn't particularly clean the previous guests had spilled something and the cleaning staff hadn't cleaned the floor. We had 2 single beds which we pushed together they really weren't comfortable at all . There was a 2 ring cooker kettle fridge microwave toaster and a coffee maker plus plates cutlery and pans we were self catering so these things were adequate. The bathroom had a walk in shower loo sink and hairdryer towels were changed 3 times a week but one day they took the towels and didn't leave any so had to go to reception to pick some up the cleaners come in everyday except Sunday the sheets are only changed once a week. There is air con in the rooms. There are 2 pools the small pool is hard to get a lounger we felt that ppl were outside waiting to get a spot just before it opened there are signs that say do not reserve loungers with towels but guests ignored it there were plenty of loungers round the big pool so didn't have much problem bagging a spot but be warned neither pool is heated they are cold once your in its not to bad. There is a snack bar at the big pool food is freshly cooked really nice and reasonably priced. There are quite a few restaurants near by and souvenir shops there's a supermarket just round the corner and sells most things . There's a frequent bus service into albuferia and vilamora theres also a taxi rank on the main road. The beach isn't far away it's downhill its tge walking back up its locally known as cardiac hill lol there are shops and eateries. The staff at the hotel are fantastic nothing is to much trouble there's entertainment 4 times a week if you want peace and quiet this is the right place for you ☺☺☺☺

Four days into a 10 day stay at the oceanus aparthotel half board and have to say we are very disapointed with the breakfast, 1 cold egg and 2 tiny bits of bacon each 2 disgusting rolls and horible coffee thrown at you, evening meal is worse, bread and butter, olives which none of us like and soup of the day are the starters (same every night) main meal is either a fish dish or a meat dish served by 2 very ignorant waiters because we are half board and not (as he calls it) paying customers we get ignored and are sat at back of restaurant away from the "paying customers". We overheard him telling 4 women that he liked there sort as they pay for there meals, does he think we get fed for free? Really not happy with the service at all and would not recommend half board to anybody. The hotel is lovely and clean plenty of room and hotel staff are very nice.
