We were delighted that we found this little genuine greek taverna on a small street some hundred of meters away from all tourist restaurants in Kato Stalos. Beside that it had a beautiful view over the sea, it was the food and family atmosphere that we will remember most. The son was serving us in a pleasant manner and his mother made the delicate food and came later out to talk to us.
We had forgot our sun glasses and went back the morning after and were then treated with coffe, chocolate and cheese! Such a nice memory of Cretean hospitality.
