First I will begin with the negative, the travel from the uk is not good at all. The options are limited, we flew into Zante Island and then got a taxi to a Zante port then a ferry journey to kyllini port.

With two kids this was a real hassle and really started the holiday off in a poor way. But this is my one and only bad comment, kyllini beach resort made the journey more than worth while! From start to finish it excels in every possible way! Check in was quick and efficient and the receptionists couldn't do enough to help and multi lingual. Room are adequate and have all necessary amenities. Buffet restaurant offers various different themed nights with top quality food. Even the lunch had a great selection of food to satisfy all.

All the staff in all departments, always want to help. Always there when needed and with a genuine smile, made to feel very welcome and like at home. The hospitality can not be matched and we've experience many different holidays in many resorts. The children's club has good facility's and a full program daily with great staff to keep children occupied and happy. This was perfect as it allowed time to relax without worrying. But what shined through the most was the entertainment and fitness, from the first hour we arrived we were greeted by the manager an English guy who did make our holiday terrific!

Every day sports in the morning and afternoon ranging from volleyball to archery and fitness course upto 5 times per day at a wonderful outdoor fitness arena. The fitness classes were very professional and are designed to suit all, they offer yoga Pilates boxercise Zumba and many more. Organised precisely. Then when an evening arrives, there is a show present live in a very big and spacious theatre.
In our stay we seen 6 different shows using all the works, lights, costumes and fab acting!
It's hard to believe that the performers were not professionals and they actually have a normal day job within the hotel. Finally, the environment, the surroundings, the beach, the sea were absolutely picturesque! From the tennis courts to the long sandy beach the whole resort is breathtaking! I would recommend to all family's and anyone looking for a complete holiday! 10 out of 10 and I will certainly like to return in the near future.

One must do; ask for a sea-view room, this makes a big difference! One must thing to see: The Rocky theatre show, could match a broadway should for talent and wow factor! One must not: Come without full preparation for essentials like sunscreen, toiletries as the inside resort shop is very over priced!! I would like to leave a final big thank you too all the staff and a special thanks to Craig, fantastic job all round and we look forward to seeing you again in 2015!

We came to this resort lat ein the evening, after misunderstanding the name and the place (we took it for something else nearby). The rooms weren't as we expected , a little old fashioned and rather poorly maintained. The staff, though , was friendly and helping. The first nice surprise was the excellent brakfast , very rich, with even customized coffee preferences. The second one was that all-inclusive was really all inclusive, not sparing drinks and coffee and sandwiches between meals. The emals were also good, with variety and of decent quality. Friut was extreemley fresh. All the resort was very well organized as for the gym, Wifi, entertainment etc. Winsurfing lessons were also available. In the end, the rooms were our least concern. You have to be there tosee allthis!

Room Tip: I suppose the suites at the eastern side of the resort are worth trying. Th emain building is medioc...

As a British family in a primarily European (Austrian, German) resort we had some reservations what our holiday may be like, but that was quickly put to rest by the excellent staff. The Lini (Kids) Club staff knew our kids names in seconds and made an effort to talk to them and us every time they saw us. All of the staff treated us excellently. Always friendly, polite, professional and couldn't do enough for us.

The resort was excellent with all amenities, entertainment and spa available. I can not fault this resort.

One thing to note is that the journey from Athens is around 4 hours or a 90 minute ferry ride from Zaykinthos. If you have children the wait between landing and the departure of the ferry may be some time and difficult to get anything done or entertain the children. But as long as you know, you can plan accordingly. Next time I will stay in Zaykinthos for a few days and make the most oof what we see whilst in Greece.

Keep up the good work. I can't wait to visit another year!

This resorts left me with the best of impressions because of its convenience on almost everything.
DISTANCES. Even with the fact that this is a resort and you expect some distances between places of interest (restaurant, gym, spa) here is everything so well located that you will not get annoyed and tired walking around the whole day for everything.
SPORTS. You may find almost everything expected from a resort + an amazing beach front Soccer Field
SPA. Right place, right facilities.
ROOMS. Here the sea view is a SEA VIEW. Family rooms are large enough. Clean and convenient. Flat TV with many Satellite channels. Fridge. Very nice balcony.
FOOD. Excellent variety. Excellent Quality.
BEACH. Amazing. In the right distance. And here the beach front Resort is a Beach front Resort.
STAFF. Well Done to everyone. Very professional. Everyone smiling with positive energy. Keep it up.

Although this is a 4 star resort. I would say that it is a 5 star resort in treatments and service.

This hotel is what a family with kids up to 15 years old would need for a short spring or summer break. There so many activities for the kids (for sportive adults as well) that there is no chance to get bored and at the same time let their parents relax. There was a great variety of all kind of food at the meals. The WiFi works almost everywhere in the resort. The rooms were well preserved. Last but not least, the staff was extremely friendly and polite.

We had the most amazing two weeks, I just have to mention the friendless and profesionalism of all members of staff. In particular Craig in the gym who's knowledge was first class, the varied programmes give both my wife and I the chance to get involved in alot of classes and events.
Food was excellent always a pleasure to visit the restaurants. The kids club allowed us to have some valuable time together.
I would have no hestiation in recommending this hotel to any family who want the best of everything!!!!!!

Room Tip: Use the gym and wellness facilities and get involved with the classes, first rate

This was my third successive yearly visit to this hotel. this alone speaks volumes for the hotel. This year we decided to take a garden view room for my family. They put us in the part of the hotel opposite the Kids Club.

I would not recommend the garden view rooms for one main reason: they are hot. There is no sea breaze during the night (in the sea view rooms we would frequently sleep without aircon), and had to sleep each night with air-con. Also these rooms are hit by the morning sun and are roasted due to this fact. I much prefer the sea view rooms, they are worth the price difference.

Note: aircon can not be temperature set having basically three functions: off-medium-high. We slept with medium.

By the way the noise from the Kids club (mainly music) did not bother us at all.

One Con this year was the elevators in the building next to the Kids Club: they were hot, stuffy and smelly as it seemed that all the kitchen fumes were vented somewhere near the elevators and they constantly smelled of food!!

Another con was the slowly dissapearing beach! In the past three year we have noticed that the beach on one side of the beach (near the Sea Sports Club) was slowly dissapearing and it seems that the rest of the beach will slowly follow...I do not know if they can do anything about this.

Room Tip: Dont go for a Garden view and if possible avoid the part of the hotel near the Kids Club because of...
