Corfu Holiday Palace

My husband and I stayed at the Corfu Holiday Palace from16th to 30th September 2011. The location is stunning views, breathtaking and perfectly situated in a lush forest of pine trees near the sea. The service is perfect, flawless
We stayed in a room on the seventh floor - it was beautiful, sober and elegant, tastefully furnished, very spacious and so very clean. I only mean that all the great reviews I read about this hotel are absolutely true. I was so sorry that we were not staying there longer, did not want to leave anything, is the most beautiful paradise of relaxation and I can not wait to go back ...
Great hotel with stunning views from most parts of the hotel. The hotel deserves its 5 stars and staff mostly very helpful, courteous and understood the meaning of customer service, especially the waiters in the restaurant and the lady who supervised them. The restaurant are very well organised and the breakfast buffet has an extremely wide selection.
Room cleanliness was excellent and the staff provided excellent service room throughout our stay.
The receptionists were very helpful and friendly to our requests
The private beach is beautiful with a panoramic elevator and it's fun ... also you can delight with special drinks and cocktails and eat delicious "pitas & souvlakis" on the beach ....
We visited the Sushi Restaurant Kukutsi and we had a great time, the dishes were excellent and efficient service ... with a wonderful panoramic view
We recommend this hotel to couples and families who want quality and relaxation.

We stayed at the hotel in early October for 10 nights on special package. Despite this we were very lucky with the weather, only having 2 overcast and rainy days. The hotel is beautiful in a lovely location with panoramic view...
The food was absolutely wonderful, so much choice, no-one could possibly complain about it. The breakfasts and dinner were all buffet with some themed evenings. I am sure if there was something you specifically wanted they would provide. The Restaurant Manager was always present. Lovely staff, helpful and polite.
The pool was stunning and there were ample loungers and parasols.
We found the place to be exactly what it claimed to be - a high quality hotel with clean, spacious rooms overlooking the beautiful mouse island, which it dominates.
The evening entertainment was excellent and classy...with live music at the bar, or funny latin party and special evenings at the beach with spectacular beach party .... and at the restaurant for dinner with GREAT greek nights and folklore nights...
I would recommend this hotel to anyone it was so relaxing and enjoyable and the staff just made it even better for you.I will be coming back in the future as this was one of the best holidays

Stayed there in June 2011, Very Beautiful Hotel.... is very spacious with a spectacular panoramic view! The rooms are all clean and a good size. Food really good on par with some of the best hotels anywhere around. Staff make you feel really special. The lift to the beach is an experience not to be missed.....
The restaurant which served mainly buffet meals was quite overwhelming with respect to choice. Definitely top marks for the food and the staff were delightful and very attentive.. especially in the morning at breakfast ..
Absolutely no hesitation in reccommending this hotel and would return tomorrow....

Hotel itself is not new, but the services are very good. Food is excellent, pool with seawater(one of the best i've seen) warm and clean, nice garden on the side and plenty spots. Corfu Town is 5 min drive with the bus(every 12-15 min) and is worthy pay a visit. The noise from the airport is not a big issue, despite first impression;planes don't fly at night

Room Tip: ask for a lower floor with seaview

I stayed for a few nights whilst in Corfu on business. The hotel has amazing views overlooking the Med, especailly if you get a room on one of the higger floors. It has a nice pool and a 'private' beach which seemed to be only accessible to hotel guests. The interior of the hotel could certainly do with some renovations - more than just a lick of paint. The room facilities were quite poor - standard bathromm etc but no tea/coffe making facilites and some of the loudest Air conditioning I have had to try and sleep with (I ended up turning it off). The rooms could certianly do with some modernisation - it feels a little like you a stepping back in to the 80's.
Having said that, the staff were friendly and helpful. I would be reluctant to return to this property if I was travelling for pleasure. If you didn't have a car to get around you may feel a little trapped as it is a considerable walk from the Corfu town (at least 5-10 mins in a car) and there is little else around it.
I didn't eat in the hotel (or even see the restaurant).

Room Tip: I would certainly look to get one towards the back of the hotel on a high floor (nearish to the pool...

location and view are perfect!we stayed in a beautiful suite with nice decoration and well maintained equipment.housekeeping was very good ,marble bathroom in immaculate condition and with luxury amenities. On the other hand corridors, elevators and other rooms in the same floor with sea view are dated and they need some refurbish...personnel are smiley and ready to provide its services.more details about the facilities of the hotel like pool, gum must be given. All in all a very nice hotel not for 5 stars at the present but with a charm and character from past glorious days.

I stayed here for a 1 week business trip during the off-season (November). The hotel was fine for those purposes, however the rooms were a bit dated, had had very few facilities (i.e. no kettle to make coffee, no fridge), and smelled very musty. The bowling alley was unfortunately closed due to the time of year. The view from the rooms was stunning though, and there was a good variety in the breakfast buffet.
