Had a week there with my husband in May - not too sure what to expect as the price was very competitive - what a surprise - great hotel brilliant staff very accommodating good entertainment room could have done with a bit of a makeover but on the whole a super holiday even food great. Top Marks.

Just got back this morning from this wonderful resort, the hotel is in a beautiful spot, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the food superb, the staff could not do enough for you, the adult only pool a genius idea, plenty of things for children to do as well as a lovely pool for them. The evening entertainment was fabulous fun, wow what else can I say I can't wait to go back!!

Just back from this resort. It's a bit of a trek to get there from the airport. Once there,we had our luggage taken to apartments. This was clean, and I liked the shower facilities. We looked over the adults only pool, which was a haven for folk who wanted just to relax. The main pool, which is down the hill, was a lively place, music, table tennis, pool tables, darts, also an chance to try scuba diving. We met Martin, very enthusiastic dive instructor. One of my teenage children recently did a padi course, so he was delighted when she wanted to do the advanced course. I would recommend trying diving there was so much to see in the sea. We went to Albania on an excursion. I enjoyed the actual visit, the tour guide was excellent, explaining the local history, the good and the bad. Visiting the Roman ruins, some of the trip was a bit hard going for our group. Step steps to climb, in the heat, was too much. I noticed parents with babies in prams struggling too. Back. To the resort, the food was plentiful and freshly cooked. The staff of the whole we're very nice. The Animation team, we're great fun. There is free wifi at the Pyramid bar, a short walk along from resort. I would recommend going there for a change of scenery. Would I go back? Yes! I would get a taxi from and to the airport though. The bus trip was a long long long one. Be prepared for a long wait trying to check in at the airport on the return trip. We were herded like cattle for a while out side, with no explanation what was happening. A very small airport, with too many flights leaving 10 - 15 mins apart...so be prepared..

Room Tip: Not suitable for the disabled. Too many steep areas, and steps. Just my opinion..

Fantastic hotel in every way. Good accommodation, pleasant hard working staff and superb food. Lots of entertainment if you want it. Children well catered for. The addition of an adults only pool such an excellent idea,as well as another pool for every one.Jason ,our rep. very helpful.
One of the best hotels I've ever been to. A word of warning DO NOT book with \holiday Gems or Ryanair.Lots of other companies will book you. If we go again it would be with Jet2

Room Tip: Rooms on the left perimeter look out over garden and not other rooms, also much quieter. Make sure...

all very good, very remote but nice if you just want to chill, very clean all grounds and pool area excellent. went 6th june for 7 days food good but only if you like buffet as al a carte only once which is excellent. Lovely views, good walks.Animation team excellent they do a very good job.
Everything you could want from a 4 star hotel at the price we paid which was excellent. I would have liked a bath but we only had a shower which was always hot but you know us women we like to soak but hay ho no problem. we had to pay for drinks after 11 but for 2 large glasses of wine 4 euros not bad when we pay here £4.60 for a med and for 1 all in all not a bad hol we can always moan and find fault but al and all not a bad deal and Jason is a great guy

Room Tip: we had a ground floor no sun at al but we just went to pool

Just spent a week here with my grown up daughters. Took a private taxi which was 58 euros through Alfa Taxis. Service prompt and was quicker than waiting for coach transfer. Hotel is in a beautiful location, close to a nice beach. Adult pool very quiet but all beds claimed by towels before breakfast. Towels left by some people whilst they did other things not appearing until the afternoon. Food choice was good, quality good, waiting staff were always smiling and very pleasant. Meal taken in the a la carte restaurant was excellent, wish we could have eaten there more than once. Wish that the hotel provided information in the room as to what was available as it was a case of making several trips to reception to find out. Room was ok, basic, on the surface clean but under beds was filthy as I found out when dropped something under one. No plug in the bath despite asking for one, shower at waist height, no hot water after 7pm as hotel run out! Beds are very hard! Lovely view though and perfect seat on balcony to watch stunning sunsets from. We visited Kassiopi on the hotel shuttle bus which was very pretty. had a very pleasant evening there, would recommend it. Also went to Paleokastritsa for the day, to monastery, beach, swimming. it was a nice day out. Mosquitoes weren't a problem, despite other reviewers mentioning them. I am normally a target for them but between three of us we got 5 bites. We saw some people left their balcony doors open all night so maybe this was the reason?

All in all a good holiday and the only reason I wouldn't return to this hotel is because we all found the beds far too uncomfortable and woke up stiff and aching every day. For the price the food was excellent and available virtually all day if you wanted it. The white wine was also ok!
