The people answering the telephone are not educated at all in terms of PR or customer-friendly attitude. They are rude, they do not understand the questions asked, they do not know how to offer information and, when corrected, they have a rather superior attitude.
They also make mistakes when answering emails - they just send the same text, with copy and paste, no matter what you ask them or what your particular requests would be.
I would never go to such a place. They should first learn how to treat and gain potential customers.
