My wife and I got engaged on this trip to the Seychelles. The chalets are very personal and have their own kitchen which was good in case you would like to make something for your self in the evening instead of going out.
The service here is very personal and good. Location is not bad, you are very near a beautiful beach and short distance to other beaches nearby and the Octopus diving centre, which I would also recommend!
Be aware of the pirates on the beach trying to make a deal going on a boat-trip. Be polite and just say no thanks and they will be on their way again. (Only negative thing about this area)
Food at Cote d'Or Chalets is very very good and made by the manager when we were there in 2011.
Local shop has varied wares to buy, but if you have special needs you should bring some food with you. Almost everything is imported except local resources.
We stayed here for a week, and really enjoyed our stay. Would go back if we get the chance any day!
