I went to Voyage Sorgun during July and stayed there for 5 nights. It was an expensive holiday but I believe the service I got actually worth it. It was the staff that made this vacation a really good experience. I also liked the the concept of seperating the sections of the facility as "families with kids" and "only adults". I'd recommend it if you have the budget

A Turkish friend of mine contacted the hotel and requested a top floor room with easy access to the main facilities and that is just what we got however we were in G Block Room 7404 and the room was bitterly disappointing. There was a strong damp odour from the bathroom which constantly drifted into the bedroom. The tree growing through our balcony was Unbelievable. The room was small poorly equipped and it is obvious why this block is being demolished on the 1st November 2014. The Hotel had 2,000 guests in residence approximately 800 Russians - 600 Turkish - 200 British and the rest from Germany, Netherlands, France and other Countries. Any seasoned travelers know what it would be like with so many Russian people in residence.
The grounds of the hotel are well laid out and kept in beautiful condition with numerous trees providing shelter from the sun as it was extremely hot whilst we were there.
We found the food to be of a good standard and only used the Chinese Restaurant twice choosing not to try the others though other guests said they were very good.
We found the staff to be extremely friendly and they could not do enough to make your stay enjoyable (I do not include the house-keeping staff for our room).
The pool areas are clean with numerous beds though many are reserved very early. The waiters are constantly coming to you so you don't even have to go to the bar yourself.
We thought the animation team were one of the best organising many activities and taking the time to interact with guests. We really enjoyed some of the shows in the ampitheatre especially the Moscow State Circus.
On the very last day of our holiday the Operations Manager Ali Mursit Ozkir spoke with us and he was very disappointed that we had not raised the room issue with him and given him the opportunity to put things right (on reflection we were foolish not to have requested a move !!!). He explained that the Hotel was going to undergo a massive refurbishment in November 2014.
I would still recommend this Hotel to visitors but with strong reservations if you ended up in G Block which is no longer of the required standard for a 5 Star rated Hotel.

Room Tip: Do not accept a room in G Block.

Had very nice impressions of this hotel, especially want to say about staff. They tried to do their best. Room cleaning was not very good but tips solved this problem. The beach is stony it was a problem for kids. Nice mini-club helped us with kids. Fresh orange juice is given in main restaurant . A-la carte restaurants are nice: Greece, French and especially Fish. They gave us Cambala fish that I will remember for long.
Some people say that Garden rooms are full of ants, but we were located in main building it's more comfortable if you travel with kids. Wi-fi was sometimes low. In common I would say that hotel is worth its cost.

Room Tip: Try to take Main building and sea view.

We went to the Voyage Belek last year and had an amazing time, quality hotel in all areas. Decided to try this hotel as sister hotel to Voyage Belek and wish we never bothered. Never been on Trip Advisor before to complain about anything but if your british do not book this hotel if you like to try the different 5* hotels around the Antalya area! This should definitely not be rated 5*!! More like 3*! As a family of 5 we booked a garden view room and a bungalow, we did not get the bungalow room on arrival and was moved 3 times but still no bungalow. Guest Relations called to check everything ok and ended up moving to 2 bungalow rooms 2 days into the holiday. Never seen such small rooms in all the holidays I've been to. Service was extremely slow and we would also be ignored and the other foreign holidaymakers would be served first. Found food in main dining area cold, never any plates which were also cold! Seemed there was not enough staff to clear tables and serve drinks and this was at the end of May! Guest Relations would visit A La Carte Restaurants on an evening to ask if any issues, they couldn't apologise enough and wanted to book us for a Turkish Breakfast to apologise, so we turned up as requested and they didn't have our booking and was told they were fully booked!!!!! We kept being told this hotel is being closed in November for refurbishment but we made it clear to them that will make no difference, need to get staffing issues sorted and some organisation. Would not go back to Voyage Sorgun!!!

We stayed at Voyage Sorgun last year and enjoyed every minute so as my husband is recovering from recent cancer treatment and was in need of a relaxing holiday we decided to go back to the perfect place. When we arrived we were given a bungalow room on the third floor, when I explained that my husband couldn't climb that many stairs we were given another room n the ground floor, perfect.
We spent our time either at the relax pool or the adults only pool and the beach club and the main restaurant for lunch. We booked tables at the Chinese and the Italian a LA carte which we didn't try last year. They are all great but you do need a large appetite to get through the many courses of such delicious food.
We both decided to try a massage in the spa which is lovely, I floated out of the room after a full body massage.
The voyage sorgun has every thing for a great holiday, good food, beautiful well kept grounds, peace and quiet or fast paced action, whatever you choose. The staff go all out to make it a great time. We would love to go back again in the near future if my husbands health improves. Well done the team. :-)

On our arrival we were given garden rooms that were so small and nothing like described in the brochure it seems to me that if you are English they try to fob you off with inferior rooms hoping you will not complain
Not only were the rooms small but the walkway to the rooms were dangerous with bricks missing from the pathway and on one occasion I was narrowly missed with a bucket of water being thrown over an upstairs balcony by a cleaner profuse apologies followed but this sort of thing should not happen
After a long conversation with reception and having to wait two days we were given rooms similar to the brochure
I found that the reception staff were disinterested apart from one male person who sorted out the rooms
After the room change we had quite a good holiday and found that the rest of the staff were good particularly Pervin in the reception bar Urgu and Hassan/Nassan in the beach bar
Food was good hotel was clean it just seems a pity that we had to start our holiday with a complaint
Would not go there again not as good as Voyage Belek

Room Tip: Go for two storey garden rooms

5 successive years, and we will be going back next year, simply the best hotel to take your holiday, food, entertainment, cleanliness, and the most friendly and helpful staff you could ever meet, a special thanks to Taylan, Perrin, Ander, and Fudyll, if you have a problem of any kind go to guest relations and the problem will be solved. Spent 11 fantastic nights taking in all the a l carte restaurants, could not have asked for more, cannot wait to go back next year after the refurbishments this winter, many thanks to all the staff.
