I was here 2 weeks ago and I could say, that this hotel has 4 strong stars. The food was delicious, various, fresh and tasty, the staff was friendly, but speaking just Germany, the location was relaxing and not noisy. Beach has got very good bar, where you can drink, eat some snack. The rooms furniture was a bit old.

Deffinitely not a 4*, as it was advertised.
The overall hotel setting is nice, the garden is great, but a bit small. Not a real resort, the buildings are too close to one another and the music is too loud. The members of the hotel staff do not speak anything but Turkish and German. A bit dissapointing for a 4* hotel in Alanya. The food was good, although not too varied. Many kinds of salads, not enough main courses.
The beach is good, there are enough sunbeds and parasols, but the pool area is too small, crowded and loud. The animation is really for kids only.
Internet is available only at the lobby and the pool area (strange, as the whole hotel could be covered easily, it is not a huge area).
The hotel is quite far from the town, so "dolmushes" must be used (1/2 hour ride), but they run fairly frequently, so this is not a big problem.
The temperatures in August are 40 C and above, humidity up to 90%, the sea is very warm, so there is no possibility to get refreshment, consider this when booking your trip...

Room Tip: All rooms are quite noisy in the evening, as the animation is really too loud. Rooms on the ground f...

The first impression of this hotel is that it feels like a train station: constant checking in and checking out of guests causes the reception staff to behave in a slightly stressed-out manner. All information necessary gets conveyed though (in German). The hotel mostly caters for Germans.
The room was clean, a decent size with a balcony and a bit of a sea-view. Most of the rooms though seem to have twin beds only with a non-movable bedside table in between the two beds. A bit of a disappointment for a couple but maybe requested by other guests.?
The food is very good and the restaurant staff is friendly and efficient.
The Hamam is also nice and that is probably one of the few places in the hotel where one can relax quietly.
Free Wi-Fi is offered in the lobby and the pool area.
The trip was bought as an all-inclusive deal and all in all it was good value for money, but next time I would probably rather invest a bit more money and be able to check into a quieter hotel, a bit closer to Alanya. A lot of the other guests seemed to have a very good time and enjoyed the busy vibe and the entertainment offered.

Room Tip: Rooms in the main building seem to be bigger and further away from the pool area, therefore quieter.

First off this hotel is pretty much German catered for however if you a re willing to be friendly and get along with everyone it is a nice break.

The hotel grounds are terrific they are kept immaculate, the rooms are also very clean if not a little poky missus first reaction was one foot in the algarve but we made do for two weeks it was liveable. Reception is basic but we were welcomed with a sarnie at 2am so i was real happy after the long transfer, a mix up in the airport meant we got taxied to the resort with another couple but had to wait an hour and half for it. the transfer is about 2-3 hours. The pool is small but suitable for the amount of guests and the bar is near by so easy access to drinks, the beach is very nice always plenty of sun beds. The waves can get quite big so not perfect for toddlers.

The all inclusive package can be upgraded at the start of the holiday to include drinks past 12 and beach towels/soft sunbed pads. we didn't bother, the food at time is basic although if you love salad this is the place for you as they always had many many varieties, there were limited main meal options and they were to an edible standard we always found something. In the day the beach bar serves food as well as the hotel, it serves things like burgers chips pizza turkish flat bread with cheese or meat wrapped in it and kebabs, this varied from day to day. The guys taking the activities were great volleyball air rifle shooting water polo all daily events. if you are British the evening entertainment is quite awful as its is German although the belly dancers and balloon man one night was ok. If you speak or read a little German it will go along way although some of the food labelling is not comprehend-able by the Germans LOL!

Alanya is a busy beautiful city that has made my missus fall in love with turkey. I have been to turkey many times although she has been only twice her first visit Marmaris put her off its important to remember that this is completely different a good mix between tourism and a working city. some great shopping to be had although the prices have risen sharply from the good old days. most fake goods are priced at well over what you should pay typically aim for a quarter to half of the marked price in high tourism areas.

Boat trips are abundant and cheap the coast line is worth seeing from the sea especially the old walls of the city. Bars and eateries are not the cheapest here but if you go to a less touristy type establishment you can get a good price, typically a basic lunch for two will be between £15-20. The minibus dolmush service is excellent into alanya and costs about a quid one way takes about 30 minutes but saves hiring an expensive car and one comes every 10-15 minutes. Straight to the centre, if you can catch a bizzare or the fruit market some great deals on spices. the city is pretty big so a taxi can be a quick inexpensive way to get about. it took us a couple of hours to walk across most of it stopping in the odd shop. Good news for those who are a fan of fast food plenty of Mcdonalds and burger kings even a starbucks.

Back to the resort it is close to a mosque so expect loud prayers at times it might wake you up I can sleep through it mostly, I didn't find it annoying at all.

A guaranteed good time if you go here Alanya is great the hotel is a sound base for the not to picky.
