I went with my siblings. It was our first holiday together and it turned out to be the worst. Firstly our transfer from the airport to the hotel took more than double the time. Finally we arrived at the hotel. We were greeted with a friendly member of staff who knew what they were doing. However, his English wasn't easy to understand. He took us to our room. I was gutted to see my room as I was expecting it to be a 5* room. There was not a good connection of wifi, the TV and decor was outdated, the bathroom was too small for a family suite. Furthermore, there was not an iron or a kettle. We had to pay extra for towels, ice cream, games and laundry which I expected to be included as it was an All Inclusive package. In addition, the food was terrible, the Cuisine was mostly directed for Russians. The management needs to consider that they also have other ethic minority guests staying at their hotel which would find it rather disappointing to consume such cuisine. The entertainment is mainly directed to children and
If you are seeking for a turkish culture, turkish cuisine then this is definitely not for you
However, the entire staff within the hotel are lovely, from front office to housekeeping, restaurant to bar tender they all are extremely friendly. They all are willing to go the extra mile to make their guests happy. The location of the hotel is ideal especially if you have any children. However, I would give a second thought before booking for the same hotel.

Dear Saira,
Thanks for your reviews. We are very sad for your negative rating, but we are very glad for your commendation of our stuff.
Our hotel has the 5* certificate, issued by the Ministry of Tourism. We have no any problems with internet connection. We have international guests in our Hotel, thats why our cuisine is international. We can not provide only Turkish food, because it is too spicy: at the moment we have about 200 kids in house. We did not get any complaints from our food. Unlike we are getting only thanks.
We have no kettle in the rooms. If you need hot water, you can get it from Lobby bar 24 hours free of charge. We have no iron in the rooms, but we have loundry service. When you need, we can help you with washing and pressing. Each agency has information about our concept. Further the concept information is written on the Internet.
We have separate animation program for adults and children.

We would like to wellcome you and your loved ones again for your next journey.
Kind Regards
Nelly

Wow we went here for a cheap week in May and we certainly had a good time and value for money. We paid about £800 for two of us. The hotel, gardens, and private beech are immaculately kept. As are the beach bar and the pool bar which u can access until 12 midnight. The menu is extensive they cook absolutely everything u couldn't go hungry if u tried! We did see people only having chips, they did several meats, fish and vegetarian meals, plus a salad bar that rivals Sainsburys with every interpretation of salad, fresh fruit, deserts, vegetable sides, rice, pasta, fresh ommelettes cooked while u wait, need I go on... We only met six other English people but that wasn't what we went for! If u want that go to Blackpool. We had a wonderful sea view and our room was a decent size and decor was adequate.

All the staff were outstanding and the quality of the alcohol was good local spirits are 37.5 proof have a cocktail or two and u know about it. The beer is on tap and probably 3% proof, enough to get u squiffy.

I was so impressed I would go back.

Me and my wife have just returned from a week,s stay at the Dinler and have to say it was a fabulous week,s holiday. The staff are very friendly and hard working and no English is not the second language spoken but we never had any problems communicating as all the staffs English was a lot better than our Turkish, The entertainment manager asked us if his English was good enough when he did announcements and the guest relation manager introduced herself to us, the maid always made us a wonderful creation using the towels and I came back to the bed decorated with flower petals as it was my birthday. The private beach is clean and ok but the sand is a little gritty but we never had trouble finding a free sun bed no matter what time it was, the gardens are lovely and also plenty of space to sun bathe ,I found the bar staff really lovely and never waited to be served and the drinks were of reasonable quality but the wine was watered down one day but was back to normal the next day. You can book one day free at the Al A Carte restaraunt which was nice, the food was good we don't eat meat but always found something fresh to eat .The rooms are good for the amount of time you spend in them we had a beautiful view from our balcony. The bus stops right outside the hotel and costs 2.50 Lira to Alanya about 80p and Alanya is beautiful and very friendly most people speak English .There are not many English guests but we never felt isolated it just takes a little effort .Overall it is a lovely hotel and is run very well and I would highly recommend it for the price we paid, oh nearly forgot to mention the cocktails from the pool bar if you want them stronger just tip the barman a couple of times

We stayed at the hotel in the middle of May. No doubt it was a 5 star hotel when it was built, but times have changed. The wi-fi is extremely outdated and the beds are very hard. In general the staff was very kind, but only very few spoke and understood English. The bartender in the poolbar could be directly rude at times.
The food was OK - for a week - but we were happy that it was only for a week, you tend to grow a bit tired of chicken. The wine seemed very thin and so did the rest of the spirits, which by the way served in very small protions. Entertainment seemed to concentrate very much about the children (and the many Russian guests)

Room Tip: The rooms above the reception are very noisy - but have a wonderful view. If you can get the rooms o...

I stayed in Dinler Hotel for 2 night, in the beginning of May the hotel facilities are good but doesn't match stars hotel. It is very difficult to communicated by email with the Dinler once the booking is made. the hotel doesn't insure shuttle transfer from and to the Gazipasa Airport and their price for transfer if you are solo is 100 Euros, but I rented a car for the 3 days at the price. I had a very bad experience with arrogant and incompetent with the manager of the reception desk with the name of "Ali" but perhaps I had a bad luck, because all the rest of the staff provided excellent services in all department with a very hospitable and very friendly.

We visited this hotel at the end of April and had a wonderful time. Here's our experience of the hotel.

The hotel is much smaller then your average all inclusive resort (only 215 rooms), but this means that the staff really make more of an effort and you get to know them personally. It has a mix of clientele from all over Europe (when we were there there, we saw people from Germany, Russia, France, Finland, Denmark, Poland and who knows where else). The only downside to this is that the staff have to learn quite a few languages so their English is limited (one or two speak none) but they always make an effort when they hear you are from England and we never had any problems communicating with them.

However not all of the guests appreciated this. We actually witnessed guests from England shouting at the staff because they were "insulted" by the fact the staff didn't speak fluent english. We didn't agree, the staff really made an effort with us!

What do I mean when I say they make an effort? We had staff saving tables for us, remembering us by name, talking to us about the football, assuring us we could ask them any questions we may have about the area, making roses out of napkins for the girls, etc. I really have never been to a hotel where the staff make such an effort.

Now for the food. We found that the buffet had different food each and every day. There was always a good selection, I really don't see how anyone could go hungry. In-between the there main meals, you can go to the grill on the beach for hamburger and chips, a little hut for authentic turkish pancakes with various toppings or pasta dishes at the poolside (all made fresh while you wait, and to your liking). You also get a voucher for one night free in the A La Carte restaurant which is a real treat, the staff really work hard to make this something special.

The drinks too were of good quality. As is usual with all inclusive, it is extra for imported drinks. However there is a good selection of branded soft drinks (Fanta, Sprite, Coca-Cola, fruit juice, etc) and lots of choice for alcoholic drinks (about 10 cocktails, brandy, beer, wine, vodka, irish cream, gin, etc) all part of all inclusive. To say the servings are generous is an understatement. If you ask for a brandy and coke, they will give you half a glass of brandy, topped up with coke (unless you ask otherwise). There are also coffee machines, water coolers and juice machines dotted around the hotel and poolside so that a refreshing drink is never far away.

The hotel is quite modern but has an appealing Turkish feel. The cleaners must have OCD because they clean from morning till night (an example of this is the public toilets that are cleaned hourly). There are signs of them constantly maintaining and upgrading the hotel which is nice to see. We never had any problems getting a sun bed, food or service at the bar.

There is also a beautiful garden that you walk through to get to the beach, complete with it's own bar, hammocks and shady palm trees, a nice place if you are looking for somewhere quiet.

The hotel is about a two hour transfer from Antalya Airport. We booked a private transfer as to get to it, you have to pass through Side and Alanya so if it is a coach transfer, you may be one of the last to be dropped off.

It's located in Kargicak which is a lot smaller and quieter then Alanya (which we liked). This means you aren't wedged between two huge hotels as you would be if you chose a hotel in Alanya or Side. There is a small 'mall' next to the hotel with a grocery shop, pharmacy and a few shops selling clothes and souvenirs. There is a regular bus service that stops outside of the hotel every few minutes and will take you to Mohametla Centro (a nice little town centre full of shops that is only 1km away) for 1 lira or Alanya for 2 lira.

Most things are included in this hotel, however as an earlier reviewer alluded to, there is an extra charge for ice cream (except in the a la carte restaurant) but to be honest, unless you have kids, I don't know how you would have room for it after all the other all inclusive.

The spa is also a nice touch. They have a well maintained indoor pool, sauna and hamaam (turkish bath) which are all free to use. You can book a full body massage for 40 lira (about £12) which the girls rated quite highly.

If I had to pick bad points, it is a shame that there isn't much turkish entertainment (in the evenings they did various different animation program including Karaoke, a Magic Show, Miss Dinler, Bingo, etc) but that is being really picky.

Overall it is a great hotel. The photos here do not do it justice! It is 5* by turkish standards, but I don't see how you could get a nicer hotel without paying a lot more, even in Turkey. If you are looking for a hotel in the middle of a night club district where everyone speaks english, then this isn't for you. But if you are looking for a nice hotel where the staff make an effort and the food and drink is great, then try this hotel.

Room Tip: We had a room facing the front of the hotel that gave beautiful views of the beach and caught the su...

We are a British family of 4, and we visited the Dinler for 2 weeks in July 2013. We all thought it was great. The staff were friendly, the food was good, with a vast selection to suit most people and the hotel itself is immaculately clean. There was only a small handful of British family's there as the vast majority of holiday makers were Russian and German, but this did not put us off at all. The Hotel had a great animation team, which meant there was always something to do, not just for the children but also for the parents. The Hotel has its own private beach which is connected via a small subway, so access is easy. Overall we really enjoyed it and have recently booked another 2 weeks in August.
