Returned from Turkey on 11th October after booking this Hotel as a 5* All inclusive break. Management polite on arrival, but struggled to find Hotel entrance on arrival. Really disappointed - No bedding, not working tv or telephone, Bathroom had been grouted by a 2 year old. Sea view was a fully grown tree encroaching the balcony overlooking a storm drain and open channel to the sea.Management would not change room and we arrived at 10:00pm and booked ourselves out to another hotel by Noon the next day .
Avoid at all costs :-(

Me and my wife we went there on our honey moon,,,,, august 2013,,,, First thing we saw in the room,,, it was the bed,,, which was totally dirty,,, On the side of the under mattress even it was covered,,, we could obviously see a big stain,,, probably from the mold,,, or wet... Second thing,,, No air condition... I can't give even one star to this hotel,,,, to far from 5 star which is a big lie....There are no fresh juices, ,,,, every thing include juices the food,,,, is of the cheapest quality ... The food it is left from the previous day they serve it on the next day....They didn't have even shampoo in a room,, I had to go to the front desk to ask for it. The village where the hotel resides is very boring,, no activities,,, the main city is too far,,, Hotel does not have activities,,, only some amateur kids shows,,, in Russian language.... The thing it made me angry the most,,, after all ordeals we went thru in this hotel and the hard time we had on our honey moon,,, it comes the moment waiting for the bus at the lobby of the hotel,, to go to the airport to return home,,, we gave back the keys of the room,, no body said any thing,,,, In the moment bus came,,, with the guide guy,,,, They stopped us,,, they said we must pay 50 euros because we used the mini bar on the room ,,,In that so called mini bar they had 2 cans of beer,,,,, to chips 2 small bottle's of water,,, and 3 mini bottle's of vodka Johnny walker and something else I don't recall,,, We never used the mini bar,,,, One day before we left I didn't see no more inside the fridge those items,,,, It looks like they in purpose instructed the clean lady to take these items way,,, so they can charge us,,, The manager,,, it was very arrogant with us,,and very threatening,,, I didn't want to pay for some thing I never used,,, But they called security,,, so I didn't have no choice but to pay ,,, or to lose my flight ,,, All I can say about this hotel,, every thing is a scheme ,,, starting from the owner,,,, management,,, the service,,,,

this hotel is definitely not a place for english people!!!! pool was lovely and rooms were clean apart from the terribly stained bath!!! thank god we were there for only a week, the 'all inclusive' was no snacks, and half measures in the smallest glasses they could find. food was ok, something for most people, but no air conditioning in restaurant made it almost impossible to eat in there. apart from the bar staff, ali, joseph and a lovely young lady whose name i forget, all staff were bloody rude to us english. this is the place for turkish, and more importantly, for the russians who, by the way, were the most rude, arrogant and miserable people, anyone would think they werent on holiday!!!!. been to turkey before, ortakent, it was lovely, friendly people everywhere but i would never recommend this holiday to anyone, also just came back last week, and absolutely no entertainment. what did we pay that money for? everyone from england......STEER WELL CLEAR..............

Room Tip: rooms at front of hotel are better as there is an open air club at the back of the hotel that blares...

We have just got back from this hotel on Wednesday and from reading the reviews did not know what to expect. We arrived at 4 am and was greeted by reception and checked in. The room was really clean and very spacious. We did use the safe in the room which was an extra charge but the Wifi is free if you ask the reception for the password. The hotel is a little way from Alanya town about 45 mins on the bus however there is a bus service running all day until 12pm for 2.50 lira which is about 50p which picks you up from where you are if you stick your arm out and takes you to the main bus station in the town which is in the main town centre and very near the harbour, castle and not far from Cleopatra beach which is lovely. There is a small town a little walk from where the hotel is with shops and restraunts. The food is average for an all inclusive lots of salad, pasta, meat, potatoes and pizza. The staff were helpful and polite especially when they realise you are english although they could not speak very good english. The room was cleaned everyday. I would really recommend a turkish bath at the beginning of your holiday for about £20 and the jeep safari. The only down side was the disco next door which started about 11 pm till 3 am. We was particularly close to the disco so this did keep us awake some nights as it is loud However maybe request not to be at this end of the hotel when booking apart from that i would recommend the hotel and the area.

If you are Russian or Turkish, this hotel would be great..
None of the staff we spoke to could speak english - only Turkish or Russian
All the information folders in reception were in Russian, no english
No bus timetable and we were stranded, 14k to the nearest town Alanya, the bus stop was on some old sandy concrete gravel which was still a building site.
The food was terrible for us - all salad with lots of mayonaise type bowls with bits in?! No turkish dishes or any other med / europe dishes.
The most unhappiest man I have ever met was the hotel barman. Local spirits but unrecognisable bottles of vodka which were sometimes very watery.
The red wine was off (Spain keep theirs in the fridge for a reason!)
Wifi is advertised but u can only get it if stood in reception (useful for google translate).
Complained to On the Beach before going after we had read reviews - they wouldnt change us unless we paid DOUBLE the original price?! Complained to Abta.
No tunnel to the beach - so u need to cross over a dual carriageway with a hole in the fence!
No entertainment (they said it was next door).
Next door had the LOUDEST disco ive ever heard until 3am! Locals said its full of single Turkish and Russian prostitutes?
The room was immaculate and lovely - the chambermaid came every day and we really loved her..

Room Tip: Ask for the left side of hotel (left if ur facing the sea), as the disco is very very loud. Also we...

Just returned from this hotel and was glad I only went for a week. Would not give this hotel a star rating as it is miles from the airport and would not class it as a all inclusive as the only spirits were gin, vodka or raki. Food ok but no variety unless you are a rabbit and two nights the food was bad. Went into town every day as could not sit by the pool as the music was so loud in Russian and felt like you were at an acid house party. The room did not get made till 5 to 6pm so it did not get done at least twice as I wanted a lie down. The mini bar in the room was stocked but looked like the drinks had been in it for months plus it was extra. The beach was shingle which I knew but was covered in litter and would not use the tunnel to get to it as it smelt like it was used as a toilet and was also part of the outside disco so what went on late at night was left to the imagination. The entertainment was crap and the only good thing was the weather so would not stay here again
