We were on Holiday here In Noosa and were craving an Indian Curry as we usually have one weekly at home. We came here for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. To best sum up the evening I have listed the following:
Food was AMAZING: For entree we ordered Tandoori chicken pieces and Vegetable pakora patties and for Mains we ordered the Lamb Rogan Josh, Chicken Tikka Massala, Beef saagwala and Butter Naan Bread. The Best dish was the beef saagwala. In my experience saag goes best with lamb but the curry itself had beautiful flavours.
Lovely setting with fairy lights, tea-light candles.
The food is a little more pricey than other Indian restaurants in the area.
Overall what a great dinner! I personally think people who give this establishment low reviews are pretentious and wouldn't know a good Indian Curry from the next.
* One point I want to make: a Korma is a curry with subtle flavours, probably best for people who are't accustomed to Indian cuisine or for young kids to eat. It is the exact same in New Zealand and New Zealand due to its multi cultural status has a great number of Indian Cuisine restaurants. If you want a Korma try asking for it in medium or hot rather than mild.
