“Do yourself a favour!”

I've been lucky enough to attend two of Gail's classes now .. A Modern Australian Christmas Feast and Gluten Free Entertaining. Both classes were brilliant! A hands on experience really helps to make the lessons sink in and at the end of every class you have a wonderful sit down feast to enjoy the food and the company of the lovely teacher and the other participants. All in all a friendly, fun and informative day out.

5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 23 June 2012

Thanks so much Gail, the pasta making class was the highlight of my 10 day holiday to Auz. The course is really good value and the hands on makes it well worthwhile and i know i am going to continue making pasta. Was a good size class (8) and everyone was great fun. Just wish i lived closer to do more classes thanks again Gail. Cheers Jeanette NZ

“Fabulous Thai Cooking Feast”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 June 2012

Thank you Gail for a fun cooking day in Noosaville. I really enjoyed learning to cook some Thai meals and also meeting some lovely people. Your house is a great setting, backing onto the National Park and opposite the lake. Just like being in a rural country setting, but only 5 minutes from Hastings Street, Noosa. Thoroughly recommend this wonderful day with Gail. Cherry Llewellyn

“Joy of Baking”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 7 June 2012

Thank you Gail for a great class and enjoyable day. I chose the baking class after being given a gift voucher as my lack of skills in this area have become a bit of a family joke. It is a small, hands on class and gives participants the chance to actually feel the textures.I now know what is meant by 'gentle fold' and can make pasty in my food processor, who knew it was that easy. Gail creates a very welcoming environment and the location is lovely. Thanks again.

“Highly enjoyable afternoon!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 May 2012

I took my Mum along to a class as a surprise birthday present. She was a bit hesitant at first but by the end of the day was raving about it. We went to one of the seasonal classes, hoping that we'd try cooking/eating food that wasn't pigeonholed into a specific cuisine and it ticked all the boxes. It was a relaxed environment, being in Gail's own home kitchen, which made us feel it was all the more easy to replicate the dishes and techniques at home. Everyone was involved in the cooking process, and with a small class of 5, we all got to do quite a bit of it. Part of the fun was not just learning from Gail, but how everyone in the class shared their ideas and experiences of cooking. Sitting down at the end to enjoy the meal, a couple of glasses of local wine and a wonderful chat with all the other people was a perfect ending. I highly recommend it.
