Just back from another fantastic break at Potters. The entertainment in the theatre and from the day crew is still outstanding with all facilities first class.
The accomodation was up to the ususal high standards and the food was excellent.
The only down side is the newly designed disabled toilets. These have been badly thought out as they can only be accessed by going into the main toilets which means anybody whose carer is of the opposite sex cannot go in with the disabled person to assist.

Room Tip: Although slightly more expensive try to book the hotel.

I've just come back from a midweek break at Potters.........It was Terrible!!. Don't get me wrong, i've been going back there every year for the last 6 or 7 years, and as a family we've always had a great time, but this year????
I notice most of the great comments have been made in past years. (probably me included) This year, i think you've lost your way!!
The food, which has always been excellent, was very poor.Previous years we couldn't fault it. We always liked the fact that Potters would go the extra mile, and you'd see fresh fruit and yoghurts at Breakfast, and there was always a soft drink on your table at lunch. Just little touches, but they all add up. Not this year!! The food was overcooked and tasteless!!
The Bungalows are looking very tired, and definitely need updating, and if, like me, you have any mobility problems.......forget it!! I was even expected to go upstairs in the dining room!!! (as were lots of disabled people)!!........truly bad.
I did complain at the time, but to no avail!!
The sporting facilities are good, but the program is the same year after year. (yawn, yawn)
The shows were very good, and the singers and dancers are excellent, but that is not enough reason for me to go back again.
Sorry Potters, but you're certainly NOT a 5 * resort. I won't be coming back!!

Room Tip: If you have any mobility issues this isn't the place for you!! Possibly stay in the Hotel, but...

Just been to Potters for our wedding anniversary, on the one night special with Bjorn Again. Absolutely love the place. The food is excellent, no complaints except you have a few pounds to lose n your return home!! Trish our waitress was faultless, very friendly, and polite. Show was fantastic, huge Abba fan so loved every minute. The room we had this time was in Hotel, and could not believe how big it was. With seating area and large TV. His and hers sinks in bathroom. Very convenient when you are both trying to get ready at the same time. Big thanks to the booking staff as rang day before to ask for a celebration pack to be left in the room and they managed to do this with no fuss, even tho we were so full after our 5 course evening meal we bought the chocs and wine home to enjoy. Can't wait to go back and am aleady looking to see whats on later in the year.

We went for the second year to the Big Band Festival. All aspects of this mid week event - accommodation, food service and entertainmet - were excellent. Our room was in the main hotel and was light, airy and spacious. We shall certainly select a similar room for our next visit

Absolutely fab!! Went for a midweek break with the three children which are boys. Activities are great, going on all day. There is something for everyone. We stayed in the hotel and rooms are really nice and so spacious. The food is outstanding a three course breakfast, lunch and dinner with the same table and waitress, they cannot do enough for you.

This place is outstanding. The staff are friendly and the resort is so clean. There is so much to do for adults and the children. The swimming pool was nice and they had the outdoor bit open!
I was blown away and I cannot wait to come back next year, I will be coming back for a week next year.
Book and go you will not be disappointed.

Room Tip: Hotel room was great, we had interlocking rooms with the boys in the other room.

Before we went on holiday my husband had damaged his ribs, so when we went he was very disappointed he wouldn't be able to join in. When he saw the rally cars he said "that is what I really wanted to do " Terry the instructor, with another instructor (sorry forgotten your name) said don't worry we will help you in and out of the car, which they did expertly (see photo) This REALLY made his holiday Thank you to you both.
There are so many things to do you almost need a holiday to recover, fantastic place.
The entertainment in the evenings, you could have been watching a West End show, they were absolutely fantastic, with superb costumes. ( Watch out the holiday company W's, you have A LONG WAY to go to catch up with Potters.)
We had a basic room which was large with everything you needed, very large bed and all very clean.
Our Grandson "eighteen" loved All the activities, but if you just want to sit and relax there are quiet lounges for you to do so.
I would recommend this to any age travellers.

Room Tip: All rooms are good, including the bungalows.

We had been meaning to visit Potters before this on recommendations from numerous friends, so my 50th birthday seemed like a good excuse. There were 16 in our group and we went to the adults weekend to see Gerry and the Pacemakers and other 60s stars. The rooms were excellent, (we had actually upgraded but found that the rooms our friends had booked were of the same standard, just a tiny bit smaller). The activities were great and catered for the whole of the party. The food was excellent and the hotel had ensured that we all sat together on two tables. The spa was superb with a great range of treatments (although I would recommend booking before you go as they do get booked up quickly). You didn't have to walk too far to get to anywhere on the complex and on the Sunday even managed a walk along the seafront. Would not hesitate to come back and hopefully see one of the famous Potters shows.
