First visit to Potters with my Mum, who has been a couple of times. Opted to pay the small extra charge for a Bungalow Plus, though I'm sure the standard Bungalows are just as good. Nicely decorated and extremely comfy beds. Only disappointment was the television signal was very patchy. Not helped by the windy and rainy weather. The food was very good. Lots of choice and very attentive service. Would book again.

Been coming here for 8 years and it never lets us down.
Our waitress, Tracey Wireless, was excellent and the food was better than ever.
Great value, great accommodation. Lots of modernisation being carried out throughout with new things being added each time we visit.

We went to Potters with friends at the beginning of February so did not expect to be able to get outdoors much. On the recommendation of people who had stayed there before we booked into the hotel and, because of the weather, this was a wise decision. The facilities in the hotel exceeded our expectations with no extra charges for using equipment. In addition there was a wide choice of enjoyable food and the evening entertainment was of a very high standard. The room was large by any standard and was well equipped. All the staff we met went out of their way to help. We have stayed in a number of comparable hotels in the UK and Potters will certainly be on our list for future breaks.

Room Tip: Hotel rooms on the ground floor are ideal for people with limited mobility.

Simply you will not understand potters until you have visited here. I have just come back from a weekend break and our fifth visit. We took the in laws and they are signed and sold and already wanting to book another break! This is a five star unique resort with delicious food and top entertainment. The potters theatre company put on west end style shows each night and you could easily be in the west end. Add that to mark Brewster and his team you have a perfect stay. In some ways it's like a full board center parcs but on a more welcoming feel. You will save so many pounds with a family with the full board - the kids are too full to keep asking for drinks trust me!!

From the moment we checked in to the moment we left the staff were just exceptional, friendly and trained to be so polite and actually seem they want to engage in a conversation

THE POTTER FAMILY TAKE A BOW - JUST AMAZING!!

Room Tip: Would definitely suggest a hotel room and pay more

Having been recommended by friends my bridge partner and I booked for a "Mid week Showtime Break" at Potters (which included duplicate bridge) in December 2012. We paid a reasonable surcharge for single rooms in the Hotel. We found the facilities excellent and varied, the food of good quality, well prepared and speedily served, with a wide choice. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the weather, when fine, could be enjoyed, and when not, irrelevant due to organised or voluntary options.

I was so impressed that I took advantage of a special offer to return in January, this time with another partner and found it equally enjoyable. I again managed to obtain a hotel room, whereas he stayed in a bungalow, which he found satisfactory. On this occasion we tried other activities, professionally prepared and organised and fo9und the Theatre Company's performance first class.

I have a mobility problem (hence my preference for the hotel) but coped easily and took full advantage of the excellent swi8mming pool as well as the free Wifi service.

Room Tip: Book well in advance if Hotel accomodation is required, and ensure you are near the entrance and/or...

My first time at Potters but won't be the last. Food excellent, probably too much of it but enjoyed every meal. Lots of things to do if you want to join in or just laze around. Loved the quizzes and the leaders all very funny. Shows wonderful, obversly a very dedicated team and hard working. Full marks to all who work for Potters.

Room Tip: I stayed in a singles basic chalet. Quite adequate but two things missing, no hair drier but this ca...

Been going to Potters for 50 years this first time when 8 and now, well you do the maths. Everything about Potters is first class and we will be back again soon. P.s new sauna and steam room upgrades are excellent.
