Stayed there many many times, Food and entertainment first class as usual especially Mark Brewer and Co.

You should do more just comedy nights.

One thing they should improve is to make a bigger drop off and car parking zone when you arrive and leave.

Room Tip: cant beat the hotel rooms.

I have been going to Potters now for many years, and have never been disappointed. I have always stayed in the hotel and prefer the older rooms to the newer rooms but can't tell you why! They are equally as good as each other. The whole experience is 5 star. Most recently to see Billy Ocean for the second time here. Fantastic show, and even a conversation with the man himself the following morning! You don't get this at other venues unless you pay extra. Food, service, entertainment, and staff are all excellent they cater for all ages and there's something going on all the time if you wish to take part. Super swimming pool and spa as well. So many people return year after year surely that says it all!

Room Tip: All accommodation is of a high standard, but if you are in hotel then no need to worry about the wea...

Been to Potters many times over several years mainly for the one night star break or black tie function.
Very quick, efficient and welcoming check-in. Stayed in a room in the hotel, ground floor, so very convenient. Clean, large and we had a good nights sleep in the large comfortable bed.

The 5 course evening meal was average, soup - luke warm. The 2nd course duck was very good and the portion large enough so as to leave the fatty bits. It was enjoyed by all. The brisket of beef - should've chosen the chicken as there was quite a bit of fat in the meat. The desert of apricot & peach crumble & custard was fairly tasteless. Hardly any fruit & again only warm although the bowl was piping hot.

For the main event, Denise Pearson was excellent & Billy Ocean was brilliant. Excellent sound system.

The place was rammed; we heard quite a few people complaining there were no seats to be had, this around 9pm. Before being allowed into the auditorium, you showed your room key and names were also being checked. Were guests who weren't staying for the evening also being allowed in? I'd be peeved if seats were occupied by those not staying overnight & I had to stand all evening.

Breakfast was excellent with plenty of piping hot food and a great choice. We also stayed for lunch before leaving which at £15 for two was good value & a very good choice of a roast, curry & salads.

Shows are fantastic, so much food we were constantly full. On kids weekends there's so much to do and it's all in the price you pay. The entertainment is just great and all so friendly and funny. Just love mark and johnny together, their a real pair.

Wasn't too sure what to expect but was suitably surprised. Spent the bank holiday weekend at the resort with a party of 18, age ranged from 5 to 70. Facilities accommodated for all ages and interests. Considering the volume of people at the resort the food was good quality and the service was very attentive. Stayed in the Hotel which I would recommend rather than a Bungalow.

Have had two weekends away here first was on adults only break where we stayed in the hotel, rooms which were huge and comfy worth the small cost of up grading , second time I was luckily enough to win a weekend where we were in a chalet which was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable but had been spoilt by the previous stay in hotel. The staff all work so hard and can't do enough for you and the shows they put on are fantastic. Well worth seeing . There is always plenty of choice of food in the restaurant
and a decent standard and as it's included in your stay makes it very good value for money. There is plenty to do on resort
For all ages ,great family place and perfect for groups ,catering for all generations , I would recommend a visit to potters and look forward to returning in the future .
