I have just cone back from "Best of British" weekend at this resort. Entertainment was fantastic and so professional. Accommodation was excellent. We stayed in a deluxe bungalow. We had everything we needed and it was spotless. There were tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary toiletries in the bungalow. Towels were big white and fluffy.

The food was amazing. Four meals a day. Huge choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner and a midnight snack if you we're still hungry. Only negative commentsI can make is mealtimes were rather early and could be more flexible. Also it was rather noisy late at night when fellow guests were returning to their accommodation. We mentioned this to management who said they would raise it with the committee.

There was a nice reasonably priced gift shop on site which was staffed by very friendly people. There were so many activities on offer too but we didn't get round to participating. We visited the pool and sauna. Pool was a good size. Sauna and steam Ron v clean as was jacuzzi.

Roll on next year when we will visit this resort again.

Room Tip: Unfortunately we were placed in Row L which was near main building and it was quite noisy in the ear...

Potters is a family run resort. I have been going for 25 years and have seen this fabulous resort grow over the years. The entertainment is second to none and very professional. The resort itself is family oriented and all the team are so friendly. The restaurant is of high class with fantastic food cooked beautifully. There are lots of activities tobdo on the resort as a family, however if you fancy going off the resort pleasurewood hills is 10 minutes up the road by car, great yarmouth is also short distance. Would recommend potters everytime.

Room Tip: Most if the standard bungalows have recently been decorated. The bungalow plus has 3 items different...

fantastic few days with family, ages from 4 months to 81. So much to do for all age groups. My grandchildren loved the assault course, giant swing, climbing wall ,bungee trampoline and of course the pool. Food delicious with a good variety.Entertainment fabulous. The Potters theatre company were better than West End performers.Staff so friendly and helpful. My 7 and 11 year old grandchildren were heartbroken when it was time to go home and can't wait to go back again.

Room Tip: the nearer to the sea the quieter it is

This is the fourth time we have stayed at Potters for their one night break. As usual everything was excellent, the food is very good quality, the staff couldnt be more helpful or friendly,we always have a lovely time. The show,Billy Ocean, was the best we had seen.We stayed this time in a bungalow,i always pay the extra for the bungalow plus which is only £5 extra and is worth it,we have previously stayed in the hotel which is great ,would always stay in the hotel if there is a vacancy it is well worth the extra if you want to feel special.Would always recommend Potters,it is a great place to visit.

Just spent Bank Holiday at Potters with family, children, parents and grandparents, plenty to do on resort to keep everyone happy during the day, sports, swimming, games, the evening entertainment was excellent, we usually come to Potters twice a year and are looking forward to our next break, Kevin S

Yet again a fabulous time was had by myself, my husband and the 3 other couples we go away with at least once a year. The staff are wonderful and always so helpful, food is great, facilities are the best and the entertainment is as good as any West End Production - going back again in three weeks it's that good - with family next time.

Room Tip: The bungalows are all superb - doesn't matter where you stay.

Our family booking for 9 over the early May Bank Holiday was disappointing. Access to timetabled events limited to venue capacity, long queues at the equipment pick up point, trying to book once at front of queue availability gone and for goodness sake buy some more sets of darts and new flights. Commody sketches tired as seen too many times before. Staff remain generally well trained and polite, food still a good standard. Shame to receive discounted break flyer after having paid full price! Probably our last visit.to Potters.

Room Tip: Choose your room location carefully as late night noise can be a problem.
