Been going since 2008 and can't fault the place. Entertainment for the kids in the summer is excellent. Food is very good and in plentiful supply. 4 meals a day if you can manage that much. Evening entertainment also very good, and a variety of accommodation to choose from to suit all tastes. Will be going next year

Room Tip: Its horses for courses, they have excellent hotel rooms, but the chalets are also very good too. It...

We arrived to a warm welcome from all staff, especially from Sheena!who explained everything to us.The children had a wonderful time and can't wait to go again. When we went to leave we found our car would not start so we went through the usual procedures!however it was difficult to keep in contact on the mobile phone,we then went to reception to see if they could help, again Sheena was on duty and went out of her way to help us.She gave us the use of a room and a telephone and soon we were on our way. so again thanks to Sheena and we will be coming again. The grandkids are saving their pennies!.

Four adults on an overnight stay in the hotel. The facilities were first class, the staff extremely helpful and pleasant and the food in the evening worthy of high praise.
Breakfast was fine and the whole stay extremely satisfactory. There was however one hitch. During the evening entertainment by "Bjorn again" their amplifier system was so loud that it was painful. We did complain, but after investigation your staff said that since it was the acts own system,Potters were unable to control it. We gave up after fifteen minutes and retired.
Apart from that our stay was exceedingly pleasant.

Room Tip: All accommodation good.

Didn't realise that there was such a superior holiday destination practically on the doorstep. Staff were friendly and courteous wherever you encountered them. Food/service was good quality and varied in choice. Chalet was clean and tidy and well maintained. Entertainment was definitely first class if a bit loud at times. Never encountered any hidden charges for things. The one downside to my break were the people returning to their chalets in the early hours who were inconsiderate by tapping on windows or talking too loudly when passing, but that won't stop me going back sometime. My only regret was that the time went too quickly.

Room Tip: If you're in good health then the chalets are practical but if getting around is a problem then...

A very pleasant fully packed holiday. Lots of activities to fill your day and loads of lovely well cooked food. This was the third consecutive year of going.on going refurbishment program in place so everything maintained to the highest of standards.

Had a great holiday used to come as a little girl was the first time I have brought my own kids age 10 and 8. That loved it so much to do for all the family. The food was great it may seem expensive but with all your food and activities it was well worth the money. The newly refurb accomadaion was lovely and the most comfatable beds we have ever had away from home and my husband always hates holiday beds and he was happy so thats praise indeed. The shows were amazing just like going to the west end and the funny bits were great loved seeing my kids belly laughing at silly things on the stage. Can't wait to go back would recommend it to young and old, family's and couples it really has so thing for everyone. Can't wait to go back and kids are already asking when can we go again.

Stayed here a few times. Booking was good, checked in early and booked an arrival lunch. Meals are great and filling. Shows and activities are outstanding. Kids get a potters passport free to gain stamps at activities. Staff always amazing and make you feel safe and welcome. Only downside is having to go to the atlas theatre so early to get a seat with a buggy but gave us a chance to play bingo!
