We have now been a few times to this restaurant and will definetly keep on going for the quality of the food. Having said that it is a great pity that some details prevent the whole experience from being perfect. When the staff asks you if you prefer meat or fish and you say fish, the least you would expect is to get some fish. Seemingly not.. When you get ask if you mind scallops with your foie gras and say no, you would expect to see a scallop. Seemingly not... When you tell the sommelier that you want wine by the glass to be able to sample a variety of local wines and be matched to the food you would expect a word of explanation with each. Seemingly not... A bit of a pity, and to my eyes, it is what makes the difference between a very good (which it is) and an excellent!
