This restaurant is in the first place a grill using first class meats from their own farm, but its menu also has a large choice of regional dishes using local produce (most of them from Campanatge, their own company making local specialities like sobrasada or cheeses, even yoghurt- from goat or sheep milk). We had a nice sofrit pages, and also the lamb chops were good. Try their embutidos as a starter. The restaurant walls are covered with old pictures of Ibiza : definitely worth looking at.
