Our long quest to find the best paella in Ibiza can definitely stop here!
This is really a night resturant and a venue for weddings and conferences or so it says on the website. However you are definitely missing a trick at lunch time. We booked ten of us for my sons birthday and pre ordered the mixed paella. Properly cooked with that just burnt layer in the base, and saffron. We were genuinely the only diners although the resturant was laid out beautifully for many under large canvas sun shades. What a gem this place is. A long table was set out for us in the logia and a charming waitress provided faultless service. Unbidden, also a cake with fireworks for Alex.
The aubergine starter is a must (we have tried to recreate this at home as it's so good).
We've been every year to Ibiza for the last 16 years and eaten in most of the restaurants. The food here is truly excellent. So if you occasionally tire of noisy beach restaurants which we frequent a lot (jockey club, Juan and Andreas etc) and would like so tranquil surroundings inland with excellent food and beautiful surroundings then this is the place to go.
