This is a pretty waterfall more or less inside Tengchong, so getting there is quick and easy. The day I was there, no entry fee was required, though there may be in high season. Not sure. You can take a short hike down some steep stair to get closer to the waterfalls and the obligatory photo-ops.
Not amazing, but worth 30 minutes or 1 hour max. A couple small pavilions in the area as well. Not crowded when I was there, right after Spring Festival. In summary, this is an easy place to add to a day trip itinerary, but not a destination that would justify coming to Tengchong all by itself.
