It is unusual for us to go completely self catering, but as we had mother in tow it was the ideal solution as she could have some freedom to relax in comfortable surroundings.
I'd read the previous reviews prior to booking the gite and if anything out expectations were exceeded, from the very warm welcome offered by Jenny who took time to take us on a tour of the locality and examine how everything worked.
The gite was spotlessly clean and because jenny and her husband live in site your needs are catered for almost immediately!
The swimming pool was so warm it was cold getting out, and once again spotlessly clean, I really would struggle to find fault with our stay... Top tip though.. Take a pack of English suing cards we struggled with the DVand R cards especially when we'd had a few to drink!!
You do need a car to stay here, but I guess thTs true of every countryside location.
Very friendly village especially the lady I saw to buy breakfast pastries from every morningMore
