I first contacted this company about transport into deep cover on the 8th of july 2013, and I asked about ransit time to plan my pre and post journey. They responded on the 13th but did not answer the question about transit times. I contacted them again on August the 27th asking for a quote and other details. Having received no reply I contacted them again on the 30th and got a reply saying nothing could be confirmed, but still not answering my simple question about about transit times from te anau and back (to plan the rail trail trip etc we were also planning). I was later told a sales rep would now handle the query. Today is the 3rd of September and I still hadnt heard so I emailed saying it was too late to book and that I was intending to complain here. Two staff rang and explained that not only had people had been off sick but that a reply had been written but lost when the server went down. all fine but too late for me - stuck with a bust ticket to te anua but too tight for time to do doubtful sound.Very very disappointed. No address for complaints either is provided on their website.
