We spent two nights in the Paris Hotel in Coverack (Cornwall). This was a great hotel. A pub with four rooms upstairs. We were traveling with two other couples, so we basically had the entire pub as our own. The food in the restaraunt was excellent. The staff was very attentive. The rooms had been recently renovated. They were small, but clean and functional. WiFi worked well throughout the rooms and pub. The pub is at the end of the road in the village. You would need a boat to go any further. Great view and wonderful ocean breeze.

Room Tip: All rooms are good.

We visited the Paris Hotel for 2 nights. Coverack is s delightful place and the hotel was equally comfortable and the rooms clean and tidy having been refurbished. A see front position by the ex-lifeboat house made for a great location.

The team was very friendly and thoughtful and food great.

I am very happy to recommend them and will be looking to return as soon as my calendar allows

Room Tip: Views were excellent in all rooms occupied by our party, Room 1 is particularly good, with great se...

Stayed here for one night, our room, Chanalyss, had the most breathtaking view, we slept with the windows open so we could listen to the waves as we drifted off to sleep.

Room very clean, even had a sofa, shower lovely.

Only minor points were having to ask for a hair dryer & that the shampoo was in a sachet ( but this is a personal pet peeve).

Overall wonderful stay. We ate in the restaurant, we had a mezzo starter between the two of us (the portion size was plentiful) the food was of a very high standard. I had mackerel with Greek salad (fresh & delicious), my partner had a beef burger, which he very much enjoyed. The chips were lovely too, skins left on & chunky.

Breakfast was 8am - 9am, I had poached eggs with on thick grain toast (perfection), my partner had a full English of which none was left!

Staff friendly & polite.

Would definitely recommend and visit here again.

Room Tip: There are only 4 rooms, I don't think you will find a bad one here!

We've just returned from a 2 night stay at the Paris Hotel. We had the family room with a double bed and sofa bed for the children. The room has recently been refurbished to an excellent standard and was spotless. It was cosy with the 4 of us in there but more than adequate for our needs.
The hotel is in a lovely position on the harbour bad we fell asleep to the sound of waves breaking on the rocks below. staff were without exception friendly and helpful and the breakfast filing. Will definitely return in the future.

The Paris is just what it says on the tin, a proper Cornish coastal inn … and better. We’ve just got back from a wonderful stay. The newly refurbished rooms are well equipped, clean and fresh. The location is surrounded by sea on three sides with beautiful views. We ate on both evenings great pub food, especially the delicious fish pie. Excellent real ales, I was on Proper Job, friendly helpful service and the locals were very welcoming too.

Coverack is a beatiful and classic coastal village, small picturesque but with enough local shops and its post office and store. The beach is sandy, gently slopes and ideal for a dip. Lizard Point is only a short drive where the helpful and friendly National Trust volunteers tell you about and point out the nesting Cornish Chuffs.

We’ll be back!

Room Tip: Ask for a sea view if one is available

All the staff and locals were very friendly and welcoming. Service was excellent. This is a prime spot in the pretty village of Coverack and the Hotel overlooks the sea and small fishing harbour. The bedrooms were refurbished in 2013 and were very comfortable. We stayed in Lowlands with a lovely seaview. The pub/restaurant is very busy in the evenings and we would recommend booking a table. The food is brilliant with an extensive choice of menu. We would recommend the squid and the fish pie. Everyone enjoyed their meals and there is a good choice of beers. Children friendly and parking is adjacent. We only stayed 1 night as walking the South West Coastal Path but would certainly return and recommend to others. First class and thank you.

Stayed here recently as a surprise night away which my partner had booked for my birthday. We only live about 20 miles away but it was lovely to take a trip down to Coverack , where we dont seem to get to very often . Arrived mid morning with no problem about checking in at this time . Had a lovely double room which also had a sofa so was a reasonable size . Think this was their family room , although this would make it abit of a squeeze with the bed pulled out . Dropt our stuff to our room and went out around the local area ,having a lovely lunch at Roskilly's. Great place to visit with children . After walking the coast path around The Paris we had a few late afternoon drinks in the bar chatting to the friendly locals and barmaid. After a brilliant shower in our en suite , probably one of the best showers i've had , we had our evening meal in the pubs restaurant . Glad we had reserved a table as the place was packed .We did however wait along time for our food to come, it didn't bother us as we enjoyed the wine and atmosphere . When the food did arrive it was excellent and worth the wait! We stayed there for the evening as they have a quiz on a Wednesday evening which was great fun. Sadly we didn't win!! After a great nights sleep with the waves splashing the rocks outside our bedroom window we enjoyed a lovely cooked breakfast followed by drinking the coffee outside in the beautiful morning sunshine . Great staff, great food , great pub , great stay...well done St Austell Brewery your pubs have vastly improved , we will be back !
