My girlfriend and I stayed here in February ( late review sorry! )
Hands down the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. As a travel agent I find myself very aware of customer service and genuine care for people and this just exceeded it.
Remember you by name, helped with tours and even walked me and my girlfriend to and from a local Nakamal .
Shared laughs with them and got to learn about their lives in their own country which I think is extremely important.
As well I was quite conscious of the seemingly unfair treatment/pay that a lot of the staff in Vanuatu hotels were receiving .
The hotel itself is nice boutique Villa style. Loft style inside with plenty of room. Nice big bed and very comfortable. Hot water was a little temperamental but nothing out of the sort .
Restaurant was great and reasonably priced. Service fantastic as always.
Its about a 5 min drive to the main town of Luganville and 20 mins to the airport.
Extremely close to the Millennium Cave tour company ( the best thing you will do in Vanuatu ) .
Overall a great experience and something me and my girlfriend will never forget.
Thank you Village de Santo :)More
