Great food, great price, the best breakfast in phuket! Bikes for rent in a affordable price, 5 minutes walk to the beach, tourist info, 7/11, shopping, fruits, one of the best restaurants in kata, the room is clean and calm, they have gasolin also. If you dont like overcrowded places kata is the best place to stay.
Thanks Ula and mother!

If you are looking to get away from the bustle of Patong, but still want good beaches and a more relaxed nightlife then Kata is the best place to be.

This guest house is located with just a 5 mins walk from Kata beach and is easily accessible to a near by 7/11, Tourist info, car rental and the usual market scene that Thailand has to offer.

According to Trip Adviser The Guest house itself is more renowned for its food. There is a small area out the front of the reception which I have to say, serves some of the best food me and my travel buddy's ate the whole time we were in Phuket. Due to three of us travelling they were unable to put another bed in their standard twin room meaning we had to book two rooms. However, to make up for this, the owner (a friendly Dutch giant) put our rooms next to each other on the second floor.

The rooms were always clean with great air con and a TV. I shard a double bed and it was a very comfy 2 night stay.

The only down point of the entire stay was that our bathroom floor refused to drain so it made it a little difficult and slippery when walking on the tiled floor.

A friendly atmosphere with good food and very good value for money.

I have been many times in this exellent guesthouse. I would say it's more like a hotel.
If I rate it like hotel, I would say good.
Owner and the all service team are very friendly and helpful.
If there is any question or problem, they take care it right away.
Guesthouse is in walking distance from Kata beach and you can also rent motorbike from gueshouse and easily drive to Big Budha or view points or what ever you are looking for.
Rooms are clean and comfortable.
Big mirrors for ladies, many electric outlets for use, good free wifi.
There is no elevator, so this is not suitable for with reduced mobility persons.
Restaurant in Kata Inn is also great and food very tasty.
Menu have thai foods and european foods, speciality is scandinavian food.
Prises are reasonable.

Room Tip: Strongest wifi signals are in rooms 3 and 9

The guesthouse is close to everything in Kata. About 5 min walk to the beach and central Kata where all the restaurants and shops are. Although staying in and eating at the guesthouse is highly recommended. The food is very good and the owner Ola puts on a bbq buffet regularly each week.
The rooms are newly renovated, very tidy and modern equipped with n A/c, cable tv and a mini fridge.
The best part of the guesthouse is the friendly and family like staff that work there. They are so service minded and very trust worthy. I lost my wallet last time i was there and had to leave phuket. The staff gound my wallet and sent it back to me intact with everything in it nothing taken.
High value for your money if you stay here.

Located on Phuket's west coast, Kata has a small village feel with just enough bars, restaurants, and local entertainment to keep your interested. Kata's main attraction is its wide sandy beach, which can accommodate water sports like paragliding, snorkeling and fishing. This is the beach of choice if you are swimming with small children because it remains shallow for about thirty meters from the shoreline. Koh Poo (crab Island, maybe because its shape), the small island off the north end, has a lively coral reef that is excellent for swimming and snorkeling. If you stroll to either end of the beach you will find many little places that offer tasty Thai food.Kata Noi Beach is a much smaller bay, only ten minutes walk away from Kata village.
