I honestly can't fault this hotel, new and clean, all and more than you would expect from a hotel at this price. I found the staff very helpful and friendly and the room was cleaned well daily without fail. Its a ten minute walk to the north end of kata beach, far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Roof top pool is small but has good Jacuzzi and is purely a bonus for a hotel at this price, good views from the roof. We will be back next time

Room Tip: Breakfast served until 10:30+

We stopped here for two nights, on the second we left our room late past 12 and did not expect cleaners to enter, we had a small amount of money hidden in one of the backpacks. (5 x 1000baht)on return 2 were missing and replaced with 2 x 100 baht notes. Both bags had been moved, one opened with stuff pulled out. I approached the staff to appraise them of the situation, I didn't ask for a refund or put up a fuss, just simply wanted to make them aware for the sake of their business. They were rude, sarcastic and made no apology, even though i told them i wanted to take it no further. I have stayed in some right dumps during my trip but have been treated with respect and kindness. Non of this was found here. On a side note I've seen bigger puddles than the pool, which only has 2 sun beds.

The maids are really rude even to the point of ignoring you when you talk to them. If not for that I would have felt pretty comfortable here but it happened so frequently that it was a pain. Don't know if its due to this being off season or not.
Breakfast included cold cereal, toast and jelly, American cheese and cucumbers. Strange.
Rooms were clean and decent. The rooftop pool is tiny but its there.

Hotel is quite new which is nice. We had balcony to the street and we had much light in our room. There were good curtains so you can sleep in the dark. Wifi worked well and room was quite clean. AC worked, yes, but it was next to bed so it blews straight to the bed.. For us location was too far away from beach and life of the mainstreet. Street of the hotel is very peaceful and also rooftop where the jacuzzi is. There were sand and some rubbish in the jacuzzi.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms are cosy and in a quiet part and maybe about 10 mins walk to the beach. Location is quite good. Breakfast menu didn't change though. You passed through quite a nice area with restaurants and massage places.

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, basic but good breakfast (the fried dumplings are the best!). We stayed here for 4 nights straight off the plane and found the local area great - a little quieter than the hustle and bustle near the markets but easily accessible to everything. The beach is a bit of a stroll away (probably about 1km) and unfortunately if walking the quickest route to the beach, one must trek past what we fast came to term 'the poo drain' which is a channel of dark coloured water and rubbish that smells like.... You can however get a tuk tuk to anywhere on the beach for 150 baht (about $5) - this was the far better option in my opinion. Would we stay here again - yes.

Room Tip: We had a second floor room with a tiny balcony. I think there were bigger balconies than ours there...

Althpugh the glossy pics and advertising didnt really reflect the reality ... See my photo of mountain view.. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, the location good though initially hard to find, and the breakfasts great. Would ee stay here again? Probably!
