We stayed at Boslinney Barn for 2 nights and it was the nicest B and B we've ever stayed in! It was so clean and tidy! It was very quirky! The ensuites were great and the shower was amazing (always an added bonus) Ginny was a very good host, providing us with Cream Teas as we arrived! The breakfast was in her open kitchen and everyone sat on a large dining tAble, but this just added to the special experience as everyone chatted about where they have been and were going ect! We'd definitely come back to Boslinney Barn! We had a great stay!

We spent a week at Boslinney which was just the best relaxing week we have had. As the rest who have stayed Ginny is just a little gem and is so helpful on where to go and makes you so welcome into their home and it made it hard to leave. Enjoyed our breakfasts with all that stayed in our week. Wendy & Graham

From the warm welcome from ginny and dave to the long distance views from your bed this is simply a beautiful place to stay. We loved the fact that we had our own front door with another entrance into the main house for breakfast. The long distance views are beautiful and the peace and quiet was wonderful. Ginny is a lovely host and cooks up a delicious breafast as you drink your cuppa in the morning. She is a mine of information and all of her recommendations for eating places and attractions were spot on. We would not hesitate to recoomend boslinney. Our only regret is that we couldn't manage the cream tea on our arrival!

We have only good things to say about Boslinney Barn.

The owners Ginny and Dave have a beautifully converted barn, which has been decorated in warm welcoming vibrant colours.

This is our 2nd visit to Boslinney and it was just how we remembered and hoped it would be on our return visit. It has now become a place where our family meet up to spend a few days catching up and enjoying many things that Cornwall has to offer.

Even if it’s your first visit or return visit you are made to feel very welcome and given the sense that you are staying and meeting up with good friends.

When you first arrive Ginny welcomes you with a delicious cream tea, definitely something we were looking forward to after our drive from Portsmouth.

Ginny, the face behind the everyday running of the B&B, has a wealth of local knowledge and information and on both visits provided us with helpful hints and tips on how to spend our days or evenings.

It was nice to catch up with Dave who you may see during your visit. Nightly we would walk to Mavagissey for a bite to eat (definitely recommend the food at The Fountain) and a few drinks as we were not driving and then our family party would make our way back to the B&B. One night Dave while driving home from work saw us walking to Mavagissey while it was still light and stopped and made sure we had a torch to get home with. This is just one example of how considerate and thoughtful Ginny and Dave both are towards their guests.

Every morning at an agreed time we were set-up for the day with coffee/tea/fruit juice, cereals, fresh fruit and locally sourced produce that went into the cooked breakfast.

As a family we have each sampled the three bedrooms with en-suites which are all excellent value for money. A guest lounge is available for guests who just wish to chill-out and relax at the property. All rooms have been beautiful designed.

The foam Mattresses and pillows mould around your body, which give you a perfect nights sleep.

There are tea and coffee facilities and nightly given a jug of fresh milk which I give a thumbs up to. Oh, I must not forget the wine glasses and corkscrew. These are the little extras that you hope from a B&B but often do not deliver – no fear everything is thought of and Ginny and Dave go the extra mile to make sure you have the perfect stay.
