Enough can not be said about Jessica and Marc. They both go out of their way to make sure you have a wonderful stay. Their accommodations are amazing especially if you are looking for a rainforest experience. The bungalows are so comfy, the daily breakfast are delicious, the location perfect for the beach, Rescue Center and very good restaurants.
My husband and I had a great 6 days.

I stayed in Caribe Town on several occasions in the past. But recent stay was my first since new management took over. And truly this was my best stay ever at the Caribe Town and definitely best in the Puerto Viejo area. Jessica and Marc are doing great job keeping this place in top notch condition. The location with walking distance to Cocles beach is superb. Quiet and makes you feel safe. Morning breakfast, which is included with the room, was a piece of art. I highly recommend this place. The only problem is that it feels out quickly, so if you can, make your reservations way ahead.

Jessica and Marc were so accommodating to our large group. They were beyond helpful recommending restaurants, calling cabs, etc. It felt like we were guests in their home instead of guests in a hotel. They bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable. The breakfast they prepared was made to order and delicious. They even make their own bread, jam, and pancake syrup. It was nice to have pancakes and french toast after weeks of gallo pinto. The location was right outside of town so it was convenient, but far enough away for peace and quite. There was a beach right across the street, which barely had people on it anytime we went. Our whole group enjoyed our stay and if I am ever back in the area I would love to stay with them again.

This place was great, and the people very accomodating. Very clean and professional. Great ambiance and right near one of most beautiful beaches in Central America. Would love to come back soon! We were there before with the old owners, and Jessica really has improved things alot. Next time, I would like to stay for longer.

This was our first trip out of the US. As a neurotic mother, I had several questions before we even left the US. Jessica was so amazing and helpful with all of our needs and questions before we even arrived. She was so great at setting up transportation for us to Caribe Town and any other tours that we participated in. As soon as we arrived to Caribe Town, we were greeted by both Marc and Jessica. Their vibe was so comforting, and I knew instantly that I had chose the right place to be for 7 days. Our bungalow was absolutely beautiful and clean. The location was very convenient, right across the road from the most amazing beach, where we spent most of our days. Breakfast was our favorite meal of the day, which Marc and Jessica cooked for us. Jessica gave us tips on where to eat, go, do and explore in Puerto Viejo and Punta Uva. Whatever we needed, they accommodated. I sincerely recommend Caribe Town to fellow travelers. You will leave Caribe Town feeling like you extended your family. We will be back to visit soon!

This hotel is run by a dynamic duo, husband and wife couple, Jessica and Marc. They were both more than accommodating to myself and my 16 other friends (we were all studying abroad) who wanted to stay together in the same location and all for the same price. Between all 17 of us, we stayed in Casa Pipa, Casa Mariposa, and 3 bungalows, and they were ALL well cared for, stocked, cleaned and ready for our arrival. Jessica helped us with everything from calling cabs (normally for at least 10 people at a time) to making sure we knew the best places to go in the city. I really couldn't have hoped for a more hospitable and comfortable stay while in Puerto Viejo. I will definitely be back!!

Room Tip: The rooms have very strong ceiling fans and the beds are very comfortable. I slept great.

Couldn't have asked for anything better!
Jessica gave amazing recommendations for local activities we wanted to try. Her home made meals, make it hard to leave, and the grounds were landscaped to perfection. If felt safe and inviting and SUPER clean!
thank you!

Room Tip: Upgrading to the A/C unit was worth it!
