beautiful in every respect - from the gardens when you arrive to the beautiful old furniture and decor to the lovely bedroom and bathroom. Fantastic welcome with tea and home made cake, excellent breakfasts with home made jams, etc. Also, decent coffee in the room with fresh milk. Very hospitable - we went to the theatre and they gave us a programme of the play to look at. Recommended an excellent place for dinner and lots of other tips. Nothing too much trouble.

Room Tip: Make sure you know exactly how to get there - it's not easy to find

It had been my first visit to this farmhouse but it was absolutely amazing,
I and my wife we were treated like nobles and the service was great, the food was fantastic on top of that the place offered us the best accommodation.
We loved it here and definitely we will come back with friends and family.

My girlfriend and I stayed only one night (unfortunately) at Stamford Hall. It's a beautiful big house and the room was really lovely with a huge bath tub and garden views. Alice and James made us feel very welcome, despite the fact we turned up late and tired on Friday night.

The breakfast was served in a refined dining room and was really tasty with great bacon! We also enjoyed talking to them both and hearing about James' book. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay near Stratford, it's only a short journey into town by car.

Without doubt one of the best b & b establishments I have ever stayed at in the UK. Impossible to fault. A pleasure to stay there. Close to the Fosse Way and about 20 minutes from the M42, Junction 12

This B&B was a real find. I arrived early evening and made to feel very welcome which was especially nice as I was on my own. The green double bedded room was as good as it looks in the picture and bed very comfy with good quality cotton sheets. Bathroom had bath with shower over which was more like a power shower. Tea and coffee facilities in the room was also welcome. The property was set back from the road and extremely peaceful and quiet. The garden was beautifully kept and very pretty. Fantastic cooked breakfast including fresh fruit salad and homemade jams. I loved it and will be back - hopefully there will be a room available now this secret is out!
Downside - not suitable for disabled as rooms are on the second floor.

Room Tip: All rooms are beautifully decorated.
