We normally use Eureka Park but found a cheap deal at this one so we thought we would give it a try. Pretty basic Premier Inn, the location has little to offer other than the on site Table Table restaurant which was amongst the worst I have used. To be honest, I think I would be happier paying more to stay at Eureka Park where there is a much better selection of eating options. ,

As a regular traveler I get to stay at numerous Premier Inns by choice, as such it is sometimes difficult to be subjective as most sites are so good and of a similar standard in relation to the rooms, then good, becomes the average. However, this is a pleasant site away from busy Ashford yet close enough about 3 miles or so to be practical when visiting. It is located on the A20 but set back enough for the traffic noise to be, no problem at all. The rooms were revitalised about a year ago and are fresh and clean with a large flat screen TV on the wall. The room also benefited from a ducted air system rather than the more usual convection heater and the bathrooms are clean and fresh, infact it room is so fresh it's hard to believe it a year old and is a credit to the staff.
The associated restaurant is of the Beefeater brand and in this instance not so good. I had the Sea Bream Fillet, something I had two nights earlier at the Burnley Central Beefeater and based on that excellent experience went for it again, what a disappointment, the fish was dried up and the vegetables were tough and rubbery. I did not send it back because based on the time it took to arrive (not busy at 6:15) I would have had to wait another 35 minutes, so I ate some of it and offered a polite criticism post meal.
As a result I have no hesitation in recommending the hotel for a quiet restful nights stay, however watch out for the Beefeater, to be fair it could have been an isolated case and I only stayed one night.

Room Tip: Avoid rooms adjacent to the stir wells.

Suburb hotel, everything was clean and new. Very highly recommended. Beefeater restaurant next door provided us with a lovely family meal. All staff that we met were very polite and very helpful. Very large tv and excellent shower

took advantage of their sale and booked this room for £19, breakfast extra if you want it at the Beefeater pub across from the hotel. So this was an excellent deal for the money.
Very nice flat screen TV in the room, dont remember that being there when we last stayed here two years ago.
Its about 3 miles out from central Ashford so unless you plan to eat at the Beefeater expect a drive for dinner. Its a good spot to stay if you like to be in the countryside rather than a town.

Not much to say really.. Premier Inn are far superior to any other budget hotel chain. You always seem to get good service, exactly the same room but always spacious. We always get a family room as traveling with children and there is a double bed and a good single bed.

Beefeater restaurant is just opposite where we had the Premier Inn breakfast.

No complaints at this premier Inn, convenient for Ashford but a little out, which is what we wanted.

Comfortable beds, clean bathroom, very large flat screen tv on the wall with great reception.

We chose to stay here on our way back from Europe in order to get the most from a 5 day return
Despite arriving late because of "technical problems" we were greeted as if it were the middle of the day. The hotel has been refurbished to a very high standard for a budget hotel, and there has clearly been an effective customer care programme.
Well done Whitbread!

I stayed at this Premier Inn with my husband, daughter & granddaughter aged 5. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

We booked for the breakfast and had dinner in the Beefeater that is next door. The food was really lovely and the staff were very helpful and very child friendly.

We went on a £29 room deal which was great value.

Good location for a visit to the Ashford retail outlet which was handy as the weather was very cold and not really outside weather.
