Reliable service and accommodation, pleasant friendly staff with eating onsite. Rooms clean with just about everything one could want for an over night stay. Could perhaps have done with another easy chair as this was a double room.

We stayed for several nights and experienced all the usual benefits of a Premier Inn. The staff were all excellent. The one downside was that we had two nights of very poor sleep due to continual footsteps from the room above. The quality of the construction of our block was obviously not up to scratch. So if you do stay, we suggest you ask for a first floor room.
My one consistent problem with Premier Inn remains: still no shaver points for the male visitor.

Room tip: Avoid ground floor rooms.

This hotel was typical Premier Inn, very clean and comfortable and with a very comfortable and warm bed. Our only gripes were that they only supply one hand towel per room for two guests, and we couldn't wals straight into the adjoining Beefeater at 8pm and get a table (although we were advised on checking in at reception that we should book a table). Apart from that we enjoyed it.

Great clean room, brilliant service and a really good nights sleep in this great location away from the hustle and bustle. The colleague who was on the desk on the Saturday night could not have done more for us and made us feel really welcome.

This hotel was excellent. The staff on the desk were very helpful and welcoming. There is a lot of parking and a restaurant next door. It is conveniently located for Ashford. The room was very clean, comfortable and warm. The TV was also a good size. If you want a snack or drink there is also a vending machine near the desk. I have stayed elsewhere in Ashford before and this is by far the best hotel in my opinion. The check in was very easy and once in my room it was also very quiet. Overall it was just what I was looking for in an overnight stay in a hotel
