We love this place. The location is fantastic, a short ride from the airport, a clean, beautiful and quiet beach and lovely value for money restaurants located close by. Many people visit Phuket and don't like it, which is how we felt when we visited the South of the island but this area is fantastic. The hotel is beautifully appointed and value for money, our rooms led straight onto the swimming pool. We have loved it every time we have visited and we will be back!

Arriving very late at night off a ridiculously delayed Jetstar flight I wsa unimpressed by the front desk (night) staff who were unhelpful, wouldn't give me a key to my room (one per room and my friend who arrive earlier was already asleep in the room) and sent me with a caretaker to let me into the room (having seen no identifiction of who I was).

The resort was quiet (largely empty) with a few small swimming pools around but no other real facilities. The bar was never staffed, the dive centre and tour desk weren't available and we were directed to other services outside.

The daytime front desk staff were able to provide a much better service than the night staff and were helpful in organizing airport transfers.

The room we had was a reasonable size and faced onto the pool. Quite basic but acceptable. The grounds of the hotel were a bit shabby with general rubbish strewn on spaces in between the buildings. A fair bit of maintanence is required.

The breakfast included in the room was also reasonable with a decent selection of hot food, an egg station and fruit.

This place is perfect if you are flying into/out of phuket. Its only a 3 min drive from the airport. The location is stunning and the rooms are cheap. A quiet little beach, with great restaurants. We stayed here for the first two nights of our trip, and re-booked again for the last few nights of our trip. The rooms are clean and modern. The buffet breakfast is yum, and the staff friendly. I have never written a review before, but i just had to spread the word about this little jem.

Stayed like most others for two nights upon leaving Thailand - the trouble started at reception when checking in where there were two groups of customers also checking-in and having running battles with the staff - the staff seemed totally incompentant to the point of 'fawlty towers' - took me 30 mins to get my room with all guests standing around clearly frustrated - the biggest problem was the mornings where staff seemed to think it was time for everyone to wake up - motor bike running up and down the bungalows, staff relocating funiture around the pool and staff meetings in high pitched voices all at 6am!
This hotel is an over priced shambles and the most sleep I got was when I got home. Also not sure how they can call this a resort when it only has a pool

I wish we had spent more than one night here... I booked it as the 'airport hotel' for the last night of our stay in Khao Lak and Phuket area since it is only 5 mins from the airport, but it is better than just a one night stopover place. We had an early morning flight to catch so wanted to be nearby. The beach is quiet and perfectly suitable for people with young children, lots of eat on the beach restaurants and a few bars and night spots in the little strip of shops on the beach front. The resort has a range of accommodation types, and even the basic room we were in for the 'cheap overnight stay' was of a very high standard. There are more luxurious rooms and villas available and I would certainly consider staying there again in a better standard of room for another longer family holiday. I thought it was excellent value for money. The resort has three pools, one of which was closed for maintenance when we were there but there were two other choices, so no big problem. A little golf cart to drive us to the rooms too meant we didn't have to haul bags very far. Decent kitchen sized fridge in room perfect for extra supplies from the supermarket nearby, and tea and coffee facilities in room, as well as cable TV. Internet access was somewhat spotty but I believe that is the case for much of Phuket Island. We ate in the Italian restaurant connected to the hotel and the food was excellent and service people very attentive. Would like to return for a longer stay soon.

My partner located this Resort online and we snapped up the Oriental Suite direct for a very good price, as this was an overnight stop over for Koh Samui, we werent overly fussed but wanted something nice.

Unfortunately the pre arranged pick up service didnt arrive, but we jumped in a cab at the airport and were on our way. We were greeted by a friendly bunch of staff in an open air reception, so far so good.

The walk to our room was amazing, it was like a jungle and after a bit of rain it came alive with the sounds of birds and frogs. Our room, well it was well hidden by the large palms but smack bang next to the pool - great! Inside, a very modern interior, a large bed and an even bigger shower. The bed was most comfortable and the towels were in shapes of elephants and flowers - a lovely touch,

Breakfast was great, the staff were very happy and provided the most amazing service. Eating breakfast outdoors over looking the beach was a great experience.

Nai Yang it's self is amazing, I would have never visited here but thanks to the overnight stop over I had to. The beach is fantastic, untouched and clean. The restaurants, bars and kite boarding line the beach. We had dinner at Mama Mia Seafood Restaurant over the road from the resort and it was amazing and cheap to boot.

I loved the resort and would return to the very relaxing area known as Nai Yang very soon but one or two days would be enough.

We only needed an overnight stay in a close hotel near the airport and im very glad we stayed here!! It is only 5 min drive to the airport.
But... We did have 1 problem. We had booked a transfer from the aiport but they didnt pick us up, instead we waited approx 20 mins for them but still didnt show. We then had to get a taxi but for only 300 baht that was fine.
The rooms are very clean, spotless and air conditioned, which is always great!
The breakfast the next morning was excellent. A little buffet, and they cook you omelettes with whatever you desire in them. The staff are very helpful.
There is really only one main street and on one side is your hotel, the other is the beach!

Its a lovely hotel and in a great location but i would only stay here if i had a flight the next day.
