We booked this hotel in advance to a good latestay price. When we arrived we were welcomed by a nice and polite woman, that showed us to our room. Room was nice and clean, smelled a bit of moist and a bit stuffy, but we think that it's maybe due to the humidity in Phuket - but after some fresh air and the aircondition on, the atmosphere was nice in the room.
Good cleaning, and very good service from both the reception and the restaurant. The breakfast is included in the price, and it is a la carte where you can choose between 10 dishes. One day we were going on a divingtrip really early in the morning, and when we asked the receptionist the night before, if there was anything to do about the breakfast, she arranged that the staff in the restaurant brought some toast, juice and fruit for us, the have in our fridge, so we could eat this before going on the trip - good service.
When we wanted to extend our stay, she gave us an additional discont (150 bath pr night) on the latestay price, which already was 400 bath below normal price.
The aircondition in our room (304) was a bit noisy...
