3 meals here in 2 days. Great food and owner is so nice. Only about 10 tables, anf the food can take a while...owner is very up front about the wait before he seats you

Food can take a while because it's hand made to order. Fresh local ingredients made with care

DEFINITELY worth any wait

We're staying at Novotel Karon and walked 5 minuts to this place after reading positive reviews about this place. The first night we came the place was full and the friendly owner gave us a card and told us to book in advance, which we did the day after and got a table inside.
We ordered a lot of different food (see photos)
Everything is delicious. We had to wait about 30-40 for our food but we're used to that in Norway. We got drinks first and enjoyed the atmosphere while waiting for great food.
(They also have great white and red wine even though it's not on the drinking menu)
Everything is cocked to perfection. We ended up going here several times in our 3 week stay in Karon. We didn't book every time but managed to get a table outside if we could wait a bit. A couple of time we took a massage next door or went to the Mini mart next door while waiting.
It's a small family restaurant and really worth visiting. The food is really cheap too. The tiger prawns and whole fish is so delicious. Must try!! And the masaman chicken.
The kids ordered the fried chicken wings and prawns and loved it!!
We came sunburnt one day after a long day on a boat and the owner even gave us Aloe Vera from their on garden outside. That was so nice.
We will definitely go back to this place next time we're back in Phuket .

I was reading the recommendations on TripAdvisor. First day I came there it was not possible to get a table without reservation. So a couple of days later I did that by phone. They told me in the phone that they are very busy around dinner time so expect 30-45 minutes for the food. We went there and it took a while to get the food. Their kitchen is very small. The food was very nice and as aspected according to the recommendations. Very nice place and definitely a place you should go if you are in the neighbourhood. A big minus is that the place is invented by very noisy Chinese people like many other places in Thailand.

Food is relatively cheap and fresh, though a little salty. Fresh ingredients and friendly staff. Went everyday for lunch the whole time I was there as it was a 5-min walk from the hotel. Highly recommended !!

There are much better places with more seating. This place is set-up like a take-out restaurant, so don't expect seating for your family and it's actually uncomfortable inside the place.
