a beautiful hotel in an original Portugese style with a warm welcome! This hotel is a hidden gem in a nice neighbourhood of Phuket. The old town has lovely decorated houses. This hotel is one of the newest decorated buildings outside. Inside the hotel the architecture is original Portugese stylish with nice stairs and beautiful decorated rooms and a nice bathroom. The beds and the linnen are very good quality. Nice swimming pool too.We had a warm welcome with fresh fruit and a drink. I will recommend this hotel for a fabulous stay in the old town of Phuket. Nearby is a bus station that brings you to the beaches. The owner of the hotel offers nice tours and transport if you prefer this.

Room tip: the rooms on the streetside are quiet but the rooms on the garden site have no noise at all.

I was swept off my feet by the aura surrounding the hotel. Cleverly placed shrubs, an indoor courtyard, a hint of the Portuguese influence, each room is beautifully designed by the owner herself and u see personal touches all over the hotel.
The hotel lacks hot water as the hotel uses solar energy panels and during my stay it was in the monsoon season.
The other drawback is the lack of breakfast choices, but there is a lovely cafe opposite the hotel and in old town street which is just 200m from the hotel which provides hot noodles soup and various steamed items.
Hotel staff are very accommodating and the owner was kind to provide us with an extra plastic chair in the room.
300m away from the hotel is a charming tea house owned by the hotel as well. If u wish to have English tea and banoffee pie amidst the wrought iron chairs and imagine that u r in an English setting,..this is the place for you.

Room tip: i would suggest the rooms facing the back or at the courtyard and you do not get traffic noise.

We stumbled upon the Casa Blanca as we were looking for a place to stay on our last night in Thailand. We could not have found anywhere better! Its a beautiful hotel in central Phuket town. Staff very friendly, facilities excellent, there is a pool and we were even offered a lift to the market by the owner! Highly recommend, would def stay again and excellent value for money!

Room tip: We had a room overlooking the pool. I thought this might be a problem if the poolw as being used but it wasn't.

I feel so lucky to have found Casa Blanca. I have been there already 5 times and going again this week.
It has the perfect location in Phuket's Old Town with beautiful old buildings and charming little cafes, restaurants and local shops. And still close to everything.
I have stayed in 5 different rooms and they have all been great. Casa Blanca is new so everything is so nice. In the rooms, there are also many nice little details.
The owner, Giorgi, is one of the nicest persons I have met in Thailand. She is always happy to help you with everything and also speaks many different languages. (always extra in Thailand) She also has cafe called Cafe y Te really close by. She makes these amazing cakes. You should also visit over there.
I can highly recommend Casa Blanca.

Room tip: I really like the white rooms. :)

The hotel is right on the main street of Phuket town so we took a rear bedroom which overlooked the pool and was quiet. It was clean and comfortable with good aircon. The hot water only ran warmish which was a shame.
The rooms at the front of the hotel are larger and more expensive with balconies but noisy so we were much happier at the back.
Lovely old building well restored.
Delightful staff who were very courteous. There is a small swimming pool that is not much more than a plunge pool but still welcome after the heat of the town.
We ate all meals out so can't comment on the food. I didn't see anyone eating in the hotel.

Room tip: Rear rooms smaller but quieter. Front rooms more expensive and larger but on a busy road.
