Stayed on a B&B basis for a week in July. Overall excellent experience. Booked standard room overlooking reception, but no problems with noise etc. Room was spacious, with only issue was the size of bath, which was on the small size. Facilities were excellent with a large pool and the hotel adjoining a lovely beach. Food was excellent - breakfast was a mouth watering experience. We ate out most nights in Alcudia, but did have an evening meal in the hotel which was wonderful. Staff were always very friiendly and wiling to help out with any issues. We travelled into Alcudia most days with a bus stop directly outside the hotel. The bus rides were an experience with passengers packed in and the drivers very friendly - a totally different experience from tarvelling on buses in the UK. Restauranats in Alcudia were typically tourist and it is worthwhile looking further afield to sample good food. We found the El Cuate, a Mexican restaurant just off the main tourist area where the staff were very friendly and served excellent food at reasonable prices. Opposite the hotel is "Parc Natural" which is worth a visit if you are into the natural environment and bird watching. Also wothwhile is a visit to Alcudia old town to view the old church and the archaeological dig.
Overall, an excellent hotel to stay and we are planning to return next yearMore
