Positif :

1) Very affordable.
2) Friendly staff and especially in the restaurant.
3) 10 minutes walk from the beach.
4) the food in the Elisa restaurant is fantastic.
recommend the special Elisa kebab. Absolutely delicious.
5) The swimming pool area is great.

Negatif :

1) Their Wireless connection is a nightmare
so perfect for anyone that don't want to be disturb :)

2) Their mattress are very hard so two member of my family couldn't sleep well.

3) No animation at all so little bit dull at night.

3) Have to pay an extra fee for the safe. (3 euro a day). Unfortunately the sliding door do not appear to be safe enough. this is an affordable hotel so cant expect much.

<<Apparthotel Elisa will not held responsibility for objects that are not kept in the safe box>>

However there is camera in outside and also inside of the building.

4) Staff member omit to mention to customers that they are untitled to 5 % discount in the restaurant.

You need to specifically request this card in the reception.

There is a tiny print inside of the card holder. This is not mention in their welcome pack!

4) Bad attitude from the manager when I mention the discount card to her <<she didn't have time to explain everything to customer>> so she said

If you are looking for an affordable hotel this one is certainly for you, just be careful to their policy , take a safe and you should be fine.
Enjoy your holiday

Very nice hotel, staff were friendly & helpful. Good facilities nice & quiet location but still plenty of things to do. Would definitely recommend for the price only thing that was a bit annoying was the WiFi was very hit & miss.

Room Tip: Choose one around number 23 that looks over the back lake.

They have a nice pool and a children play area. My son had great fun playing with the trampoline.
Sea beach is accessible by around 10 mins walk.Supermarket and other shops are also close by.
Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. You get fab food in the restaurant and price is reasonable.

We will definitely stay here when we visit Alcudia again

We booked this hotel as part of a EasyHolidays package so were a little dubious about what we would receive. Well, all I can write about are positives!!

When we first arrived we were allocated a apartment rather than a studio, which was right on the road, opposite a restaurant/bar and a Spa supermarket.... This turned out to be a blessing as my teenagers could pop to the convenient shop over the road whilst I watched, and also when we wanted to relax at the apartment we could sit in our own garden area and watch/listen to the restaurants entertainment! Music usually stopped between 11 and 11:30 so it never became a problem with noise.

It was a large apartment at the furthest end of the complex (Room B1). It had a large kitchen area and not a kitchenette, with a modern touch control hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, large storage cupboard, 6 chairs with an extending table, 2 twin bedrooms, newly refurbished bathroom, pull out sofa bed in living area, tv, garden with table and 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers, airer and a gate to the road. The only downside here was the people walking past whilst you sunbathed (although a lot didnt even notice I was there) and the bugs that bit us whilst we sat under the trees. Also in the cupboard, i found a large can of mosquito spray, which i used to kill any bugs in the apartment before going to bed, which I thought was very thoughful and helpful.

The apartment was well supplied with plates, cutlery, glasses, even things like a tea towel, scourer, broom and mop. We had booked self catering and enjoyed the freedom to go shopping and eat foods we dont usually eat, as and when we wanted. Im not a huge all inclusive fan. The Spa over the road wasnt badly priced which was to my surprise, I believe there is a cheaper supermarket 15 mins away, but i didnt mind paying the prices i paid for convenience.

The pool area was clean and tidy, there was a little struggle to get a sunbed at times, but there was always somewhere to sit at the poolside bar in the meantime, The pool was warm and on Tuesday afternoons there was a free try dive session which we did, to our delight! Dont get much for free these days! The bar prices were pretty good, and they even did food, which was also reasonably priced and good portion sizes. Anabell (and others) worked so hard to deliver food and drinks around the pool, as the kitchen/restaurant was the other side of the road!

There were a mixed nationality at the aparthotel, German, Dutch, Swedish, English, which I personally enjoy and certainly didnt stop my son making friends with a little Swedish girl and another Dutch dad who taught him how to make the biggest splashes in the pool!

The staff were most helpful and the receptionist even helped us organising our transfers back to the airport at the end of the holiday, she just told us to leave it with her and she sent confirmation back to our room. Such service! On one Thursday we were invited to a free Majorcan buffet in the restaurant, as we were only self catering. Food was hot, filling and tradition.

I think the only negative I can think of is that the Wifi here, although free when you set up an account at reception, wasnt very strong. It was stronger at the pool, but my kids ipads had trouble picking up any wifi everywhere. But hey, we were on holiday and it probably did us a favour!

To summarise, I booked this as a cheap get away to escape our usually rubbish British summer and as we had already booked for Florida next year and didnt want to break the bank. Its only 5 mins to the beach or 5 mins to bus stop and also a taxi rank so very centrally located.

I enjoyed this hotel very much, in fact more than the resort to be honest, and if I am ever in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again.

Room Tip: Ask for an apartment rather than a studio if you want more space.

I have read about this hotel before we travelled, but I dont believe all the rewies, but they are
for real !

Hotel is very clean and comfortable, stuff was very friendly. First aparthotel which I was staying that has roomservice !

Poolbar prices are very low, compering to the area generally, cheapest beer and icecreams are cheaper then market nearby.

Near hotel is restaurant Palmeras, there is live artist evey evening starting at 9.30 pm and the food is really good, but you can also go for drinks and enjoy the show.

Time that we are staying there artist are great, imitating Phil Cillins, Il divo, Michael Jackson ymc.

We also visit nearby waterpark in Alcudia harbour; Hidropark. I got there a little bit of taste of cashing tourists, tickets for 2 adults+one child 60 euros, when you go inside sunbeds cost 4,50 each. We go in at 11 am and first waves in pool started 3 pm, nice. Now when I know better, I would go some of the bigger waterparks in island.

A few friends and I visited Hotel Elisa for 3 days.
The apartment was basic but clean and had everything we needed. It was advertised for 4 people, it had twin beds and the corner sofa split into 2 beds. This was fine for us, but might cause arguments over beds for others!!
Pool area was lovely and meals/ drinks at the pool bar were very reasonable. There are restaurants and supermarkets near, and the beach is only a short walk away. I would come here again, I really liked the area and the apartments were a good, reasonably priced base (which is all we treat it as on holiday, just a place to lay our heads- so the lack of English tv didn't bother us, but if you are planning on chilling out in the apartment it's something to think of).

Aparthotel Elisa is located a five minutes walk from the Muro beach, You get a little distance from the rather intense activity on the main road and beach area. Which is good.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and if you prefer to stay at a raher small, family-focused and quiet hotel with a friendly atmosphere, you will too. The hotel is divided by a street, but there is not much traffic.

The apartments were clean and comfortable. They are cleaned three times a week, so you will need the dustpan now and then. The kitchen section was slightly underequipped (bring your own dish-washing towels), and the bathtub-shower inevitably spilled water on the bathroom floor. With no windows in the bathroom, the air became pretty damp at times. Only details, though.

Be aware that the apartments facing the pool are raher different regarding light, view and noise, compared to the "back-side" apartment. They have a limited view, feels rather dark and chilly, due to a park full of trees next to the hotel, This is particularly true for the apartments at the ground floor. But you will enjoy a peaceful time on the balcony

The staff was service-minded, and the majority spoke basic english.

Room Tip: Go for the first floor
