This was hands down one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. We are already planning when to come back. The rooms are impeccable and well kept. The villa's with infinity pools are stunning. It's completely silent at night - I have slept like a baby while being here. Service is outstanding. Each villa has it's own spa area so it's private and no fuss when getting treatments. I had a wonderful message from a very well trained professional. It was well worth it. Finally, they have a deal with Nikki Beach (5 mins away) so we headed there for the day for some tunes and cocktails by the beach. Everything has been so, so good! We will definitely be back.

We had planned to 'get away from it all' and The Pavilions met that need perfectly. If you want to feel a million miles from everything, this is the perfect place. It was our first stay in a villa with a private pool and we loved it. The fit out of the rooms is high quality and there is so much space to lounge or snooze when the weather is bad (just as well as we had a couple of very wet days in July). Service was excellent and the buggies came to collect us within a few minutes of requesting transport - climbing the steep hills in torrential rain in a slippery golf buggy added to the adventure. We dined at The Pavilions restaurant (Plantation) quite a few times and enjoyed the food on most occasions although it didn't blow us away as much as we expected (it is quite pricey too) - the daily specials at breakfast were good as was the fresh fruit and juices. Staff in the Plantation restaurant were really lovely during meals and afternoon tea - they just couldn't do enough for the guests - wonderful service. The 360 Bar was a real highlight and we made the most of the cocktails and bar food there (the food on offer there is excellent). We loved the Murturbak in particular and worked our way through the extensive cocktail menu. We booked spa treatments and found them to be amazing - yes the local village has massages etc at the fraction of the price, and we tried those too, but The Pavilions massage was exceptional. I had a two hour Thai massage and body scrub and it was divine. Worth the cost - we pre booked online which meant 20% off so its worth planning ahead. Having a private spa room was fantastic! The shuttle to the village and beach was handy but as it wasn't beach weather the driver was very flexible about dropoff and pickup locations. For complete and total R&R The Pavilions can't be faulted. Its away from the action but day trips are easy to arrange - personally we made the most of the private, indulgent facilities and felt like we'd been away for months. True relaxation.

Room Tip: Can't comment on the other room types but the Pool & Spa Villa was superb!

One of the best villas i've stayed in my life.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. You can call the reception to arrange any trips/transportation.

The villa is big and comfortable and the best is that you have pool all to yourselves. (good for skinny dipping).

Free wifi is provided.

They have buggy to bring you up to your room so you do not have to walk uphill. However, it may look a bit dangerous for certain people but it was fine for me.

The food in the restaurant is good. Breakfast is provided in the morning until 11am.

The hotel provide a shuttle to a beach club at Layan Beach called Nikki beach but unfortunately i was not told that they have a Sunday branch and i MUST take the 1,500 bath brunch to use the free sun bed.

The only negative point is the location of the hotel from the main attraction sites. This is more of a hotel where you come and relax away from the busy city life. It is located at a quiet location near Layan Beach (Nikki beach).

I have chosen this hotel as first destiny for my honeymoon. I selected the penthouse villa and my stay was wonderful since the villa was very clean and well prepared for my event.
The tidiness, design of place and fragrance signature of the hotel that you smell every where inside was something i would never forget.

The price usually is bit high but I would highly recommend this hotel for max enjoyment and relaxation.

My partner and I stayed at The Pavilions for 3 nights after travelling around Europe for a month. We wanted somewhere to wind down and completely relax after a busy holiday and that is exactly what we got.

I think the highlight of The Pavillions would be the staff. They are fantastic. Every single one of them goes out of their way to make you feel like you are the most important person at the property. The manager, Simona, is exactly what a hotel manager should be. She genuinely makes every effort to see that your stay is a memorable one.

The food is amazing - we must have eaten our way through most of the menu and couldn't fault a dish. The head chef Belinda came out for a chat every morning at breakfast which was great too (highly recommend doing a cooking class with her as we did!).

The villa itself is also faultless, ours was enormous and had its own private pool with views out to the ocean.

Overall, we can safely say that The Pavilions was hands down the best accommodation we have ever stayed at and we will definitely be coming back!

My boyfriend and I have choose The Pavillions because we wanted some place that is private and romantic. After reading so many reviews about this place, we have both decided that this is the place where we wanted to spend our anniversary on.

I really couldn't find any fault with the hotel. The staff make us feel like VIP of the hotel, everyone there was smiling and courteous. I would definitely go back next year to spend our anniversary and book the Ocean view villa.

Thank you for being our anniversary such a enjoyable one. We have truly truly enjoyed our self.

After a long queue at custom in the Phuket airport, we picked up our pre-booked car drived for 30mins and finally arrived The Paviion villa. It is amazing that this resort is quiet and relaxing. There was no crowd at this villa, we can escape from the big group of tourists and enjoy the nature and quiet holiday here.

The villa is really huge with 310sqm with a big private pool, however there are construction work at the opposite sides of other villas which make it not so private as we can see some workers standing on the opposite roof and can hear the construction machine sounds. We also disappointed by the limited TV channels (there are only 18 channels available and we missed the WordldCup Live during our holidays). The ants are quite active in the kitchen area,, so keep the fruit in the fridge is recommended.

It is amazing that there is a small pond at the entrance of each villa, where there are frogs and small fish in it , quite a good design!

The Thai food served at the restaurant is suprisingly good, we loved the Thai menu so much. The Breakfast is good too, especially the daily special - we tried the Green Curry chicken Thai noodles and we can't resist to re-order it.

There is only in-room spa service, but it is impressive - I can immediately go to my shower room after the spa, it is such a relaxing experiences. I would definitely highly recommend it to others.

Overall, it is no doubt that the resort is a good choice for a escape holiday and for those who dont want to bumped into a large tourist groups.

Room Tip: I was told that odd no rooms starting from 7-21 enjoy high privacy levels, however during my stay al...
