Stayed at the Zur Spitze for a week in November, came and went each day as if it was our own home such was the warmth and comfort we were afforded by the hosts. A brilliant hotel, steeped in atmosphere and tradition. Would recommend to anyone.

Room Tip: Room 11 and 12 have spectacular views of the square!

Stayed at the Zur Spitze with a group of young teenage students. The welcome and the service was friendly despite the language differences. All our rooms were en suite and were clean and presentable. Food was plentiful; breakfasts were typical continental, with cuts of meat and cheeses, cereals and eggs. We ate our evening meal in the hotel. Again, plenty of choice to suit adults and students. Good food at good prices. Located at the top of the village square, parking was a short walk away at the "Grey Tower"
Would stay there again.

Room Tip: Rooms 11 and 12 are at the front of the hotel and look out over the picturesque square.

Great location, but poor service (directions were not specific enough to find hotel, website has English page- called for directions and twice was hung up on). Of my 2 weeks in Europe at several pensions/B&B's, this was worst breakfast- a few rolls, cold cuts, not much more. Staff was not friendly even with language differences, far better experiences elsewhere. Room was very basic and outdated, again worst of any similar priced place I stayed.
