My wife and I spent another 14 wonderful days at EPM, our 8th Holiday at the resort returning on 3rd June 2014. As always we found that everything is still 5 Star and the Service even better, all staff are friendly, even when no one else is around to see this, and are also extremely professional and helpful but we have to highlight Pedro, Captain at Chez Isabelle the French Restaurant, an extremely professional but personable Manager who has the always busy Flagship Restaurant working like a well oiled machine while also personally helping his staff when needed---a great credit to the Excellence Group, also Christian at Chez Isabelle who is always friendly, professional and passionate about his role. Another 2 staff who are excellent are Raquel at the Excellence Beach who constantly kept everyone's drinks topped up despite the heat and long walk to the bar and lastly Marisela of housekeeping who always made sure our room was kept immaculate.
Despite people saying we should go elsewhere we wil be returning back to EPM next year as having tried others they fall far short of the standards set by EPM. We would also like to thank Virginia Amador the General Manager for constantly improving things since her appointment to the very stressful and demanding role she now carries off with style.
