It was a disappointing trip as the owner accepted the booking from another guest on a separate platform.
Once we arrived, we were being placed on a villa further away from expected and a lower quality as well. We basically spent the first 2 days trying to resolve this matter and seek for a balance refund of the price difference between the villa we originally book for and the replacement one.
As the owner owns more than 50 villas in Phuket, the planning and management might get a bit messy. It would be great if you can speak to the person directly in charge of your villa to get a cleared picture otherwise it would be like me being directed and push around to various personnels just to get my issue resolved.
