This hotel is in a great area for getting into Gloucester city but still near the M5. I have stayed here several times and it is always the same. Friendly helpful staff, clean and tidy rooms with spotless bathrooms. The fully equiped rooms include iron and ironing board, a decent hairdryer and a neat tea/coffee tray which you can restock freely from the reception area. There is a area where you can sit and have a drink in the evening which then becomes the breakfast area in the morning. Breakfast is plentiful, served as a buffet to help yourself. There is a good choice of juices, yoghurt, cereal, croissant, muffins, toast and a cooked choice of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and baked beans. There is also a bowl of fresh apples, oranges and bananas.
A great hotel at a good price

Stayed here a few times due to my local office being nearby. Well priced and good location from motorway. Rooms tidy and clean and well equipped. Breakfast good quality and plenty of choice hot&cold drinks. Pub next door great for an evening meal and good selection of drinks. In the summer rooms do get very hot as no Aircon but there is normally a fan in the room that helps (there is Aircon in the lobby) . Also lack of sockets next to bed is an issue if you need to charge phone and you use it as wake up alarm. Overall good quality hotel and if prices stay at £80 to £90 a night reasonable priced to.

This hotel just continues to please every time we visit.
We were met by the manager Nick who was very pleasant and treated us like old friends. The quality of the rooms is outstanding for an establishment of this type, and all at a ridiculous price considering an unlimited food breakfast deal thrown in. We look forward to staying again in a fortnight.
