My wife and I first stayed here 10 years ago and promised ourselves a return visit. We are so glad we did! Veronica and William are so welcoming and hospitable, nothing appears to be too much trouble. This time we brought our 14 year old daughter and she loved it too. A real home from home, with one of the best Farmhouse breakfasts we've ever had.

Looking forward to returning again soon. Great value for a great place

We felt right at home the minute we walked in for the first day of our walking tour in north Cotswold. There were plenty reading material to get ourselves oriented to the area. The wifi connections worked (Important for my husband).

We appreciated the fact that it did not have an associated pub/restaurant so we did not have to worry about noise when we need to retire early. The restaurant in the village is only a very short walk away. So it was not an inconvenience.

Breakfasts were ample and well prepared by Veronica and William. They were very helpful and resourceful hosts. We also met a couple on holiday from Wales over breakfast one morning. We enjoyed good conversation with the other guests and our hosts and breakfast felt like a truly warm family gathering.

The B&B is across the street from a horse walking trough. It turned out to be a blessing. The water is clean and clear. We were able to wash the mud from our hiking shoes at the overflow pipe after each day's walk. [It rained both days and the fields were VERY muddy.] Veronica helped us spread out our wet things on the stone floor of the hallway to maximize the drying overnight.

We were also very thankful for the sitting area in the room so we can really sit and put our feet up for the evening. [So much better than sitting on the bed for it.]

We appreciated the concern for conservation and their policy of not changing linens and towels daily, esp. since were staying only 2 nights. Great idea.

All and all were we very happy to have started our walking trip there. Will return when we are in the area again.

Stayed four nights in September, 2013. Veronica and William were tops in every regard, making us feel exceptionally at home. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were superb (Veronica even made special trips to buy us green tea and strawberry jam). Because we had to ditch our rental car, we were quite limited in transportation, but Veronica found us a driver (he was too expensive!), and even picked us up in Morton-in-Marsh after a late late dinner coming back from Oxford.

Veronica engages with her guests; I absolutely loved her helpfulness, cheerfulness, and commitment to hospitality. The room that I had was spacious, online connection worked(!), and everything was very clean. And French-press coffee in the morning along with homemade plum jam and a welcoming big smile. Guests have access to the dining room area AND a library area full of books and pamphlets (things to do in the Cotswolds!). I feel gratitude for finding Veronica and her special home. Thank you.

From the first minute to the last we were made to feel very welcome, Veronica also gave us some useful information on where to go an visit. The pub around the corner is also very nice with good food and friendly staff. We were looking to escape for the weekend and with the help of Veronica and staying at homefarm we felt very much rested. I would recommend to anybody that Homefarm is the place to stay if your looking for a lovely quaint place to stay. Also Veronica lays on a lovely cooked breakfast in the morning.

My wife and I stayed for three nights at Home Farm towards the end of July. Veronica made us welcome from the moment that we parked the car to us leaving. The room was excellent in every way with a luxuriously comfortable bed and the full English breakfast was enough to take you through the day. We also liked the communal breakfast table where meeting other guests made a pleasant start to the day. We will certainly stay there again.

Very friendly owners who were lovely to chat with.

We had a very large attic room for three people. The room was full of charater with beamed ceilings. Breakfast was server around a large communal table, so you get to chat to other visitors.

The village Ebrington was extremely pretty with one very nice pub / restaurant (restaurant a little price but good). Everyone we met in the village could not have been any friendlier.

We went on a wonderful walk through the countryside as recommended by the owner and really enjoyed. Lots of wild poppies in the fields when we visited (Mid july)

A nice area to stay for a couple of nights and would hope to return

Have just returned from a 4 night stay in one of the cottages at Home Farm and cannot praise it highly enough. The most amazing welcome from our hosts William and Veronica, who cannot do enough to make your stay as pleasant as they possibly can. The village is the most beautiful picture postcard location and convenient for all the well known Cotswold towns and villages and visitor attractions. Cannot praise it highly enough. Also added bonus of farm dogs to add to enjoyment.
