Hadn't been here for several years ( remembering the overwhelming smell of chips ) and was very pleasantly surprised to find that the place has been transformed. All the dishes we chose were well presented with just the right size portions, although some fresh vegetables would have been a good accompaniment. Prices are slightly higher than the norm locally, £6.75 for half a banana, a small pot of mousse and a sprinkle of honeycomb seemed a bit steep but I would say the mains are good value for the quality and presentation. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.
