“Completely delightful”

This was our second visit to Harbour Lodge and I'm quite sure that it will not be our last. The interior is stylish and comfortable and has everything one could possibly need, plus little extras so thoughtfully provided by the owner.
The setting is natural and the views are wonderful. Lovely walks on he beach, esplanade and nearby nature reserve.
It's just a matter of time before we are tempted to return!

“Very beside the sea!”
Reviewed 24 April 2016 for a stay in April 2016

Very straightforward to book with clear arrival instructions.

Loved the lodge, the lounge/dining/ kitchen area is really spacious and comfortable. It looks out onto the harbour, set a little back from the boundary so is not overlooked in the way that some of the properties are.

The rest of the lodge is compact with lots of storage space and *two* bathrooms! Soundproofing is very good, and it was warm even during a chilly week in April. Washer-drier very welcome.

The location is great, literally metres from the sea and harbour with a short, easy drive into the New Forest. There's a little ferry over to Hengistbury Head where the visit centre is well worth a visit - it explains the history and wildlife of the area. Binoculars are supplied if you interested in the birds on the mudflats.

We found the allocated parking a bit obstructed by a tree so parked in the visitor car park. It would be nice to have a little more space in the back instead of a second bathroom but we didn't spend that much time back there anyway.

“Lovely compact, holiday home.”
Reviewed 21 December 2015 for a stay in December 2015

Very nice, compact mobile home. Bigger than expected though, didn't realise there was a bath, nice surprise. Clean and bright, need some bins in the bathrooms and bedroom. No towels provided, if you had to ask for them to be provided it wasn't clear. Otherwise, nice stay, kitchen suitably equipped. Lovely views of the Quay, would recommend this holiday home.

Absolutely loved this accommodation, it was spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean and the views are amazing. We were very lucky with the weather and sat on the decking to eat our meals and enjoyed a glass of wine early evening with lovely views of the harbour. There is an allocated parking space. We took a trip on the ferry across to Sandspit where all the beach huts are once you are across the water you can walk along the path to Hengistbury Head or hop on the little train to take you there.
We will definitely be returning to this lodge and have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation.

“Very smart lodge on a great holiday park”

We stayed here for 2 nights, we were 2 adults, 2 children and a baby who slept in our travel cot in the living room. The lodge was nicely furnished, very clean with smart and modern kitchen and bathrooms. And a lovely terrace with a view of the sea. The holiday park is in a great location, just 2 minutes walk away from a sandy beach and various ice-cream and food options. We ate twice at the Noisy Lobster, the food was excellent and they were very kind to us ( a big group with 6 kids). The holiday park's outdoor swimming pool and toddler paddling pools were clean and heated so we could use them whatever the weather and all the staff we came across were very friendly. The owner of Harbour Lodge responded very quickly to my emails when I was booking the holiday and was very friendly and helpful in her replies.

“First class accommodation with an amazing view”
Reviewed 8 June 2015 for a stay in June 2015

We had a wonderful 3 night break in this beautiful lodge which met every expectation. My only regret is that we didn't have time to try out the lovely heated outdoor pool. We did however test the water and it felt very inviting. We hope to return soon!!
